I found this book in an op shop. What a gem. Recipes are thorough and explained in detail.

I think I may just have to go out and buy a copy of this cookbook. I LOVE IT! There are so many different recipes in this book that look really good. It tells you how to make your own spice mixes, as well as horseradish and mayonnaise! There are some recipes in here that I wasn't interested in, however out of the whole book, I found so many that I want to try. :D
