Amanda Holly’s debut novel was unputdownable.
From the first chapter, I was sucked into a sexy story of a love rekindled, this time round with added ‘extras’ as Anna and Declan reveal their true selves. But there’s also a strong suspense story of who’s been trying to kill Anna and why. I particularly loved the South African gritty cop vibe that reminded me of Deon Meyer, and I truly hope that the next book in the series (this is a series, right?) is the sexy silver-fox, or is that Wolff?
Hot romantic suspense that delivered. I look forward to reading more of Holly’s sexy crime fighters.
