More of a picture book than a resource book this book offers snapshots of a number of green built homes. The book does offer a quick overview on some green building materials listing the pros and cons for each material in the first 20 pages or so. The remainder of the book has photos of completed projects as well as the architectural site plans for a number of homes. It offers a nice perspective on some completed green building projects. It could be a good source for inspiration for other projects.

The begining was highly iformative, yet during the end it ws mostly just pictures of "green" projects. Would've liked for the author to grow deeper into the techniques of assesing a projects enviornmental impact and calculating it.
