This sequel was difficult to put down! The characters are enchanting and the storyline is phenomenal. I love the glimpse we get into the world of faerie. It's so vibrant and imaginative and I cannot wait for the next installment in the series.
The sisterhood between Nola and Kelty warmed my heart, and I look forward to seeing what happens next in their journey.

In her latest book, Allison Rose takes us through a roller-coaster of emotions finalizing in a hopeful yet uncertain ending. The Court of Outcasts is a contemporary fantasy novel filled with treachery, betrayal, and a twist of unexpected loyalty. While it begins with the main characters; Nola and Kelty, trying to adjust to their new normal, they are yet to realize how much weirder things could get.

With the introduction of a new foe, everything goes haywire as old enemies become new friends in th

The plot thickens!

After the strong start that was The Nameless, I was excited to see where Allison Rose’s Tales of an Outcast Faerie series would go next, and The Court of Outcasts did not disappoint!

Still trapped in the human world, the outcast faerie Kelty is faced with a difficult choice when a mysterious faerie offers her the throne of The Court of Outcasts: should she accept, she will forfeit her last chance of returning to her home in Faerie, but her refusal could endanger the human world

Nola and Kelty’s story continues and there is a major
occurrence towards the end of this book that will change Nola’s life forever.

Did I get your attention? Good because to really fall under Allison’s spell you need to read the previous three books in this series first. They are two prequels Outcast which shows how Kelty was banished to earth from Faerie and Discovery where a human girl discoverers she can see and speak to a faerie. Then there is The Nameless which was the first book in this seri

This is the best book in the series so far and I bet the best part is yet to come.
This time, the plot thickens. We get to finally understand who and why is behind everything.
There are a bunch of new characters and a lot of suspense in all the action.
I can't reveal much more. I will just say you will love the ending of this part.
The thing is, we go through the story feeling like all our hero's are being manipulated without being able to fight back their evil plans. The helplessness feelings are

As both Nola & Kelty try and make the best of the hands that fate and enemies of both the worlds (Earth & Fairy) have dealt them, things come to head when a super fairy villain offers Kelty the throne of outcasts.

Fable wants Nola & Kelty both and their men will do anything to make sure that this does not happen. In this action packed sequel to the Nameless, one thing is clear that our 4 heroes will have to use every bit of their love, goodness, light, oneness and that innate core that makes the

Nola and Kelty have to deal with a lot in this book, and I was glad to see they stick together in this battle against a dangerous faerie. He tries to manipulate them, and goes far to reach his goal.
This book has a different tone of voice, darker still than the previous books, although the development of the main MC’s in those books eventually point to something going seriously wrong in their lives. The progress of the story feels natural and not forced.

The girls have to choose, and do it wisely

This is a great read. It's the first book by Allison Rose that I've read and while I did feel that I was missing a part of the part, it didn't stop me from being able to follow the story and enjoying it. Wonderful world building, I loved the glimpses of fairy, and the creation of the Court of Outcasts. Nola and Kelty are fantastic characters. I can't wait to see where their adventures will take them.

This is a fantastic magical read. Well written you will find yourself transported to this amazing world built by this author. Fast paced, the storyline just draws you in as Nola & Kelty fight their separate battles against a common enemy. This is a great fantasy read! ...more

An interesting new villain is introduced in this book. Fable seems to be five steps ahead of everyone, leading both Kelty and Nola on a not-so-merry chase. This sequel is mostly focused on political intrigue and raises a lot of questions for future books in the series.
