An art book with plates that describe where the works are exhibited at the time when the book was published in 1990. Some of the works shown are now exhibited elsewhere. The images of the frescoes, paintings and drawings are fair to poor. I liked the brief chronology of klimt’s career In Vienna, including artistic works, international a national exhibitions, awards and position as leader of the secessionist movement helps understand klimts Relevante to symbolist art , Freudian psychologiy and Nietzschian philosooy.
