Crimson Crown has a slower build than book one Crimson Minds but it's just as suspenseful. The twists in the book keep me hooked and wanting to see how the characters will develop. I'd never read verse novels before Crimson Minds and I've never been much for poetry. Crimson Minds and Crimson Crown had me hooked from the beginning.
