Filbert the Penguin happily soars across the Antarctic sky . . . until a seagull reminds him that penguins can’t fly.

Filbert crash-lands in a snowbank.

Unhappy and upset, Filbert is angry at the seagull until a little seal comes along and describes all the special things that penguins can do.

Accompanied by colorful illustrations, this charming tale gently reminds young readers that everyone has different talents and skills and that both the person and the talents are special and unique.

Recommended.
