This is a book that would have enthralled me as a child since my childhood dream was to become an archaeologist. Since I still love ancient history I enjoyed it as an adult. It discusses various ancient civilizations and discoveries that archaeologists have made throughout the world.

This book was one of my first glimpses into archaeology, and seeing ancient artifacts. The book has a lot of interesting information and great pictures. Love it!
