Amazingly important. I listened to Weinstein's lawyer argue that communications between the accuser and Weinstein after the alleged event prove the event was consensual, not criminal, and I wanted her to read this book. I wanted the jury to read this book. I listened to her argue the accuser wanted Weinstein to forward their acting career and so agreed to go to his hotel room -- that the act of going to his room equals consent so the event was not criminal.
