It all came down to this. When your fated mate is the Enemy. An enemy that’s so brainwashed he doesn’t even like himself. How do you begin to break through all that to find real love? This was good but I expected something more epic..... a bigger battle. I mean this is been building for several books now I just expected more. I fell in love with M. He is the best. My type of shifter. Loyal to a fault. The writing was great the smexy was good and the side characters.... I really like Tony. But do I want to read Tony’s book? Now that the epic story is over do I want to go there?

This is a stunning addition to the Everglow Pack saga. I have been looking forward to this book. I jumped back into this world with both feet. I found all my old friends waiting for me. I also found an old enemy, a new romance, trust issues, brainwashing, heat sex, and the power of family. I love this book!
Mikel is a trusted member of the Inner Guard of the Everglow Pack. Eli is the enemy.; a hybrid, brainwashed to hate his wolf, and all shifters. Mikel's job is simple. Get Eli to talk. Complication- Eli is his fated mate. A mate who hates him. As things with the humans and their totally mad leader spiral out of control, people on both sides will get hurt if Mikel can't get the info out of Eli's head. It will take patience, professional help, and an act of violence to jolt Eli out of the compulsion.
Hang on tight. This is a rollercoaster ride to HEA. New friends will be made, love will be tested. Danger abounds. But the vanishing of the threat brings a new set of problems to the Everglow Pack. The story doesn't end here. A new set of fated mates is introduced. Their tale will be in book four. I can't wait. If you haven't read the first two books, get them now. Eli and Mikel’s story definitely lived up to my expectations.

Mikel’s fated mate is a challenge and earning his trust is no easy task. Mikel was sweet and patient with Eli despite, the set backs.

Eli’s mental state was explored really well. The pieces of the plot started coming together and it wasn’t anything I imagined, it was far worse and disturbing.

I’m looking forward to reading Troy and Kyler’s story. Will Troy be up the the challenge to chase his mate and win his heart?

Eli, a hybrid Omega in the human resistance group, woke from another nightmare where a wolf approached him in the woods and called him “mate” – and then he turned into a wolf too. He had been captured by the “beasts” for a month now. Without the medicine Roland his Leader gave him, he was helpless against the beast inside of him. Roland said nightmares were things we didn’t want to acknowledge and would make him weak, and it was true. He was sure they were brainwashing him. Whenever the one called Mikel came near, Eli would tremble and he knew it had to be magic. Mikel had trained in advanced tactical ops in the military, back before Casius had selected him to be part of the Inner Guard. He reasoned that the humans had set off a bomb, and he knew they had to still be close by. He needed to get more information from Eli, though he hated to do that. He told Eli that an insane shifter had started the war between shifters and humans. Now that man’s son – Roland, the humans’ Leader – was continuing the fighting. Eli’s wolf snapped at Roland in his mind and tried to get to the safety of Mikel. But Roland’s voice in his head was loud and told him to resist. Finally Eli stared straight ahead, a vacant look behind his eyes, as Mikel’s wolf howled in mourning.

Desperate to get through to Eli, Mikel went to his friend, Troy, a doctor and clinical psychologist at the local hospital with a specialty in Wolf Relations to help shifters strengthen their connections with their wolves. Troy confirmed Eli had been deeply brainwashed – but he thought he could help! Can Troy bring Eli out of his brainwashed condition? Will they capture Roland, or will he have fled and escaped to continue the war against the shifters?

This was a well-written book that captured the attention of the reader. Grab your copy and read about the difficulties in trying to save Eli.

The continuation of the story from “Guarding his Mate #2” into this one “Hybrid Mate” is smooth & flawless. It is an intriguing, somewhat emotional MM shifter romance. The characters are quite unique with opposing personalities & develop good chemistry between them although in the beginning they are inclined to be confrontational towards each other & go through a lot of trials & tribulations before they get their HEA. The well-written plot is interesting with some unusual & sometimes completely unexpected situations/events. There is good scene descriptions & world building.
There is: a brainwashed male hybrid shifter & member of the human resistance (Eli) being held as a prisoner is dismay to discover that he is falling for a alpha male wolf (Mikel), a doctor & clinical psychologist (Troy), a supreme alpha (Grant Hughes), his psychopathic half-brother (Roland), a human resistance, various kinds of shifters, wolf shifters, humans, packs, fated mates, friendship, twists & turns, drama, intrigue, suspense, secrets, action, adventure, threats, danger, enemies, violence, conflict, injuries, death, attractions, distrust, manipulations, vulnerability, guilt, disdain, confusion, disagreements, heat issues, devastating memories, surprises, some steam, contentment & a happy conclusion for this couple with a very interesting ending. I enjoyed reading this MM shifter romance & would recommend it to people who enjoy reading this genre.

Mikel is an alpha wolf who has worked his way to the top of the Inner Guard under the Alpha Supreme. They've captured a couple of men who are part of a rebellion to bring down the shifters. Eli is one of the captives, and Mikel knows that Eli is his fated mate. Eli has been talking with Mikel's best friend Troy, & when they are not getting any answers from Eli, Troy agrees with Mikel that a change in environment might make a difference. Mikel gets permission to take him home with him. Eli has been brainwashed by the leader of this group to believe that all shifters are evil beasts, including Eli's own inner wolf. One of Eli's Omega friends, Kyler, whom he met on one of the visits back to the Mansion gets kidnapped. Eli knows that only he can help them get Kyler back. Once the control of the brainwashing has been broken, Eli tells the Alpha Supreme everything he knows. The night that the Guard are set to go after the group that Eli had been a part of, Mikel's house is bombed which results in Eli being captured by the leader. Mikel refuses to lose Eli races to get to him.

I enjoyed this one & was able to read it in 2 sittings. The characters could have been a bit more developed, but this did not take away from the overall plot of the story. While Mikel & Eli have a HEA, the story does end on a cliffhanger for the next book of Troy & Kyler.

Another great story about shifters. A good book to read about finding fated mates. There is problems with the humans. The shifters thought all the humans were killed by a virus a long time ago. Now there are humans coming back for revenge against all shifters. It is continuing on in the story. Eli has been captured and they are trying to get information out of him that will lead then to the Human camp. Mikel is the one in charge of Eli's interrogation and is getting no where because Eli is his fated mate and it hurts Mikel some to see him trapped inside his own mind. Dr. Troy comes to see if he can help get through to Eli and figure out a way to open up Eli's mind again and see the truth.When Eli decides to tell Mikel what he needs there is an explosion and everyone was running around.Eli tells Alpha Hughes what he needs to know to go after his broth Roland and to find the Humans underground camp. When Mikel and the rest of the guard are getting ready to leave there is an explosion at Mikel's house and Eli is taken. Will Mikel find Eli in time? What happens when Alpha Hughes confronts Roland? Were the guards able to find Kyler and the humans?

At the end of the last book when Mikel admitted that Eli was his mate I was intrigued. How was he going to gain Eli's trust and convince Eli that Shifters weren't the enemy? I loved this book, we got to revisit with the previous characters and learn so much more about Eli and his past and it was heartbreaking. The mind control exerted over him slowly starts to fade with counselling and it is so confusing for him, what is truth and what is fiction? Mikel is his guide through this troubled time and he is just perfect in every way. He is sweet, patient, kind and protective. The chemistry between the two is explosive but as much as Mikel invests himself in the relationship Eli holds back which hurts Mikel but he perseveres, luckily for Eli. But things are about to get hard for everyone with the rebels ramping up their plans. Will everyone make it through the danger to come and can Eli finally allow himself to trust what his heart knows is true? Can't wait for Troy and Kyler's story.

Hybrid Mate is the third book in the Everglow Pack series by authors Jenny Tia and Liam Kingsley. This story is written in dual POV and fast paced. I would read this series in order, helps to know who is who.
Eli in a prison being held captive by wolves. He is pissed off. He has been brain washed to believe all shifters are beasts that should die. Mikel had told him that they were mates, but he wants nothing to do with it.
Mikel does all he can to care for his mate and brings him burgers. He also calms him when need be. He is upset his mate doesn’t trust him.
Both men need to trust each other and become the mates they were meant to be. There is an evil coming and if they cannot become a bonded pair, they might not survive it.
I loved this addition to the series. I felt it gave us a great mindset into the bad guys as well as the good ones. I cannot wait for more from this series in the future.

This story captured my interest, and had me on the edge of my seat. I did not see the ending coming and that always makes a story even better. Liam Kingsley with Jenny Tia created a world that was unlike other stories in their genre. I found myself enjoying the banter, the growing bonds and the sensual moments between the two main characters.

The story is about two fated mates caught in the middle of a war between man and shifter but where the humans were losing and reduced to living in standards that are even less than impoverished.

The characters all had such wonderful dynamics with one another, the leaders of the shifters firm yet understanding and the main characters Michael and Eli tentative and loving. It was a lovely story of danger, family/pack values and a love stronger than anything. I couldn't put it down and found myself up into the wee hours of the night to finish it; anxious for more. It was great at foreshadowing to more, and has me excited for the next one.

Mikel is shocked when one of the human agents captured is his mate.
When two human agents are captured Mikel is shocked to find that one is a human/wolf hybrid and his mate but also that her hate Mykel' kind. Mykel must try and get information out of Eli but when he is push he goes into a trance like state . Eli is confused by what he has been taught and what he experiences at the hands of the wolf shifters. The voice of the Leader repeats in his head when he starts feeling he thinks wrong about the wolf shifters and this is what sends him into a trance. When repeat they are mate Eli know nothing of what this means as he has never been told about his wolf side. Mykel tries to sort out Eli's mental issues and hope he can free his mate from his brainwashing so they can be together.

Not just a story of finding one's mate but something more. This is an intense story of fanaticism of a zealot and the psychological damage done to this zealot's half breed son Eli. For me this was a great story delving into the damages done to the innocent through brainwashing. Eli believes all shifters are evil because they have no remorse, no feelings for those humans that supposedly died at the hands of shifters. It's up to Mikel to change Eli's mind and he must. Eli hides within his human self the spirit of the wolf. A spirit he fights to keep his wolf from taking over his mind and spirit. Mikel recognizes Eli for who he really is: his mate. This was a story I enjoyed for the conflict between these two men, the conflict between two cultures and the futility wrought on by blind ambition. This is my honest review for the ARC I received.

This is the third and final story of EVERGLOW: It would be difficult to read this book without knowing the first two books, as the development of the "war" comes to a peak and secrets are revealed that one had been wondering about in the first two books.
Center stage is taken in this story by a young wolf-shifter, who was brainwashed by the rebelling human survivors of the plague. He was captured in the second book of the series, and recognized of being the mate of one of his captors.
The story of slow wooing as well as of learning to trust each other and leaving the dogma of the brainwash behind.
A lovely story, sweet at times, fast paced and full of surprises at other times. Well written and really entertaining.

A truely exceptional story , one that will capture your attention. Not because its full of love of one man, but because i felt it was the emotional pain that Eli went through. He was captured and reconised as a Hybrid, but also he is Mikels mate. Milkel brings Eli food and tries to talk to him, but whatever has hold of Eli is deep, so he brings in his friend Troy who is a Psychologist. Eli slowly comes back to himself and learns about the other part of himself, but its not till he learns of a friends kidnap that he finally breaks and tells them all. But is it to late to save the humans and what about the leader himself will they be able to catch him?

A great book on all levels, the storyline is wow and now im looking forward to see what happens to Troy as he has now found his mate....

Packed full of emotional and dangerous elements with characters that you can feel the connection growing slowly but genuinely. This book continues the story of the war between humans and shifters, has new developments on why it is happening, and focuses on a new couple. The brainwashing Eli went through has a powerful hold on him, making it difficult for him to determine what is true. Mikel needs Eli to trust him and help stop the Leader making war with them but he has insecurities that make him doubt he can get the job done and earn that trust. Eli and Mikel have a difficult journey to traverse before they acknowledge their love and can reach for HEA.

This book was so much better then I thought it would be. Eli and Mikel’s story was captivating right from the start. Eli has been brainwashed for years and at times it felt like he would never be the person he once was. You can’t help but hurt for both Eli and Mikel. They find their fates mates and one doesn’t even want to be a shifter and has no clue about fated mates. He has spent years serving a crazy man. Mikel isn’t one to give up so he knows if it takes years he will never give up on Eli. This book will keep you on your toes till the very end. I haves loved this series so far and I can’t wait for Kyler and Troy’s book next!

Mikel became an inner guard starting at 15 when his dad died to help his mom and twin sisters. He was one those that captured Eli and another but the other person wouldn’t eat or drink so he died and at first Eli did the same thing but then he started to eat and drink. He was born to a human mother and a werewolf father but Roland the leader killed his father and others for his cause and then brainwashed them to do what he wanted. Mikel first met Eli he knew that they were mates but Eli didn’t because his wolf had been given medication to suppress his wolf. But he also came to feel the same way they had problems with the brainwashing but they finally did. They defeated the leader and Eli and Mikel claimed each other and got Eli’s mother. Can’t wait for the next book!

Eli has been captured and is a prisonner - he believes all shifters to be evil, and has been brainwashed into believing that they all deserve to die.
Mikel is one of Eli's guards at the prison where he is being help in Evergreen - and he knows that Eli is his fated mate.
Will they be able to work out a way to defeat Roland, so that Eli and the rest of the humans, including his mother, will be free? As the drugs that he has been taking wear off, Troy tries to help Eli deal with the trauma. Will Eli be able to ccept the truth, and accept that love that Mikel has for him? What will happen with Troy? I am so looking forward to the next book :-)

This series just gets better and better. I wasn't sure how the hybrid Eli was going to come to terms with being a fated mate to the alpha Mikel. The road to trust and love was rocky for both. Eli went through a lot in his young life and him excepting his animal and not those awful things that was brainwashed into his head took a lot of patience and faith. Mikel had that patience and was such a sweet alpha. He gave Eli all the time he needed to come to him with trust and love. This was such a bittersweet romance between the two and I was glad everything ended so well. Now on to the next story...I'm seriously hooked

I loved when shifter stories are beyond the classic ones. In this book 3, the authors created an amazing world with an environment that included a war, danger, discrimination, intolerance and fanaticism, in between Eli's and Mikel's journey to get together as fated mates, falling in love while learning how to accept themselves exactly the way they are. This story is somehow difficult to read but I enjoyed it a lot, because the plot so intense and emotional. I strongly recommend to read this book as part of the series to fully understand the complexity of the story. The most interesting book so far!! I can't wait to read what happens next!!

Eli has been in custody after a recon mission and is left struggling with his Leader's teachings and guidance. He is surrounded by "beasts" and needs to fight against them. Mikel is one of the men tasked to keep an eye on the prisoner and figure out the next attacks. He is shocked to figure out that not only is the prisoner disgusted by them for being shifters, but he may also actually have a way to make him talk. The characters have complex backstories, genuine possibilities and are resilient. The storyline is intriguing, filled with ups and downs, twists and turns, and lots of suspense. Great read! Looking forward to Troy's story.

Eli and Mikel were such a beautiful couple. I was fascinated when we found out that they were mates in the last book, and it was so interesting to see Mikel work to gain Eli’s trust.

Roland’s method of controlling his followers was unexpected and not a little frightening. How will the humans feel that they can trust shifters? What about the banished shifters that had been working with Roland? Were they also being manipulated in the same way?

I’m also curious about Troy and Kyler. How can Troy be fighting against having a mate, at this time, in one breath, and then be determined to enjoy the chase, in the next?

Simply Great Paranormal Romance...

Mikel spends his days observing Eli sitting in his cell hoping to get more answers from him Eli who considers himself a prisoner of monsters. What draws me to Eli is the powerful raw emotions he conveys trying to hold on to who he thought he was to the reality of who he really is.
But then I want to root for Mikel ever time Eli refuses to accept their connect I feel for him.
The path these two have together isn't easy or simple but in the end after all the twist and turns this book is absolutely phenomenal.

Who is Eli? Where is he? What does he learn or us rather, right at the beginning? What is the deal with Mikel? What things do we start to learn about Eli, the humans, and the Leader? How do we figure out who the Leader is? What happens that Troy is brought in? Who is he? What does he do for a living? Will Eli ever talk to Mikel? You need to read this suspenseful story. Who is Kyler and how does his appearance change the course of the story? Read and see!

I love this series and this action packed book with amazing characters is a wonderful addition. This is a continuous story series and needs to be read in order. I love Mikel and Eli together. Mikel, an alpha and Inner Guard, and Eli, a hybrid prisoner, are fated mates. Mikel is very patient with Eli even though he's a prisoner and war is inevitable. Eli goes through a lot in this book and comes out stronger on the other side. He even makes a friend named Kyler.
I highly recommend this book and series and I can't wait to see what happens next with the Everglow Pack.

Love conquers all! Mikel aches watching his mate Eli. Eli has been brainwashed to hate the beast, his wolf. He feels the attraction to Mikel, but he fights it. Mikel, calls his friend Troy, a clinical psychologist to assess and possibly help Eli. It takes a team and lots of patience to get Eli to the conversational table. There is a lot that went into making Eli the person he is today and Mikel gets to help unravel it. The Hughes family has a lot to answer for. Can the Alpha, find a workable solution for everyone? On my I love this story. Hybrid Mate is mostly about Eli over coming the influence of drug he was given. And Mikel trying to break through his walls.

It's not until the last couple of chapters that really grab at your heart and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Part of it warms your heart as Eli and Milka admit their feeling, and there are others that makes you want to cry for the pain the characters are feeling.

I love the writing of the authors and this is has been one that has made me feel the most.

Another fantastic story by Liam Kingsley and Jenny Tia and this is the story of Eli and Mikel. Eli is in the resistance a band of humans against shifters but Eli has a secret he is a hybrid wolf shifter but he totally ignores his Wolf. Eli and a couple of the resistance fighters have been captured then Mikel tells Eli that they are mates but Eli just stands there with a blank look on his face and that’s when Mikel realises that Eli must be brainwashed and he does all he can to help Eli but things aren’t going to be easy for either of them. I loved this story it’s a fantastic read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Mikel and Eli are great characters with a lovestory filled with Suspense, heat, sweetness and pack. There is drama and action to add spice too. Hybrid Mate is the third book in the Everglow Pack by Jenny Tia and Liam Kingsley and although it technically can stand alone, I personally recommend reading the first two books first to get a better idea of the whole universe created in this series. I really enjoyed this story of Enem8es to fatedmates and cant wait to see what comes next.

Benjamin L Darcie narrates this story with 0passion and personalities shining through. Clear recording and fantastic voice work.
