Shavonne was living her best life, owned her own business, single and dated whoever she wanted, until she met Jeremiah.
Jeremiah was a wealthy man, and he always got what he wanted and he wanted Shavonne. Shavonne was not interested in being in a relationship but Jeremiah wanted her and didnt stop until he got what he wanted. I loved the chemistry between them both and Jeremiah was the man that Shavonne needed. He showed her what she was missing and he always made sure she knew she was the one. Jeremiah was very patient with Shavonne, I felt to patient at times, but in the end it all worked out. I loved Shavonne and Jeremiah story. I was a little disappointed in the typos throughout the book, but I really loved the story!! Great second book Brandie!!!

The story centered on Shavonne and Jeremiah's discovering love with each other. They have a tense first meeting and that push and pull for dominance or control continued for quite some time. Granted I enjoyed the "play", but it almost took a bit too long for them to get it together. Granted this is probably just my own impatience, but the pace was a bit slow. The positive to that is that it gave the author time to develop her characters and load on the angst for those who enjoy those types of stories. There were some errors that were a bit noticeable, but all in this was a good read. Please get your copy below and support the author by leaving a review.

My hands got hot reading this book. Shavonne made me want to be single and free. I love how Shavonne is a boss with her own company and a strong mind. Now K'Renzo...wow! I can feel his sexiness through the pages...just wow. I have a new appreciation for suspenders. Two bosses together making love and making money is always a win in my book. My favorite book among a catalog of greatest. I've already read it twice...steaming hot goodness this book is...extraordinary!!
