4 Say Yes Stars ⭐
Surrender is the delectable epilogue of Jake and Jackson's happily ever after. I can't enthuse enough that if you haven't read Lovers that you're sorely missing out. That is where you first meet these two and learn about their delicious backstory.
In this sexy short story, we get another glimpse of their happiness, unity and passion still raging. Although these two are madly in love, Jackson still has reservations about making Jake his husband. But not all is as it seems...
"That wasn’t fair."
But he was unrepentant with his lazy smile and glazed eyes. "When it comes to making you my husband, I will fight as dirty as necessary for you."
Not often do I wish for more, but this novella was just too short for my liking. I was so disappointed when it ended. It could be because these two together are just a joy to read about!

This was a short, sweet, and sexy read! Loved reading more about Jake and Jackson. Their chemistry is still amazing and strong. I wanted it to be a tad bit longer and to have covered the big wedding as well. Overall, fun and sexy follow up on Jake and Jackson!

This was so cute i can't even ....
I have been in love with this couple since the previous book and it was so nice to "see" them again.
To be honest I wish this book had a few more pages just because I love the couple so much. This book gives an insight into their wedding plans and was just so cute.

Being reunited with Jake and Jackson was quite satisfying. The chemistry between them is palpable and the dynamic they share is hot. For a short story, much emotion and sexiness is overflowing between the pages. I’ve always had a soft spot for Jackson and I like how Jake is sensitive to what Jackson needs.
Surrender is a contemporary MM romance about two partners forging a path together. This book would appeal to those who have read Lovers, as it’s certainly a rewarding treat.

Good, a little too much sex and not enough feelings and love shown between them in my opinion. I know they truly do love each other so I just wish we got more if it, but I'm still glad I got more of Jake and Jackson regardless, and i can't wait for Daniel's story.

Si tratta di una novella davvero deliziosa, altamente erotica, che racconta i retroscena dei preparativi dell’imminente matrimonio tra Jack e Jackson, due uomini fantastici che hanno avuto la fortuna di vivere un amore grande, intenso e passionale. Il sentimento che provano l’uno per l’altro si avverte in ogni pagina del libro, che ci offre un breve scorcio sulla loro vita da fidanzati.
Adorabile la mamma di Jack, premurosa attenta e comprensiva verso i futuri sposi, che non ha mai mostrato di avere riserve o pregiudizi sul loro legame.
Andrew poi l’ho trovato un vero spasso, mi ha fatto molto sorridere in un momento particolare vissuto con Jack.

It’s a continuation of their happily ever after, but it didn’t come without a small bump in the road. Because when two intense men are planning their forever, you can be sure there would be some hurdles.
This short novella is pure sexiness! Jake and Jackson are still insatiable and passionate and their unrestrained love is pouring off the pages of this book. Fiona Cole perfectly showed how important is communication in a relationship and that when you share the love as strong as Jackson and Jake, then there’s nothing more important. Oh what a sweet, perfect, EFFING HOT little novella for Jake and Jackson. If you've read Lovers, then I know you've already fallen in love with these two vulnerable yet growly men. Cue swooning and blushing all around. If you haven't read Lovers yet, I bet you are jonesing to right about now! At the end of Fiona Cole’s Lovers, there was indeed an opportunity for more Jake and Jackson. Together, these two are $exy, swoony, and sweet. And Lovers was the “tip of the iceberg” for them. Fiona Cole surprised us all with more of Jake and Jackson’s story in the Love is Love is Love anthology. For this reader, I was sad that I didn’t get my hands on it. Yet, Cole surprised us in deciding to release that story as a novella entitled Surrender. The only disappointment about Surrender is the need for MORE Jake and Jackson.
In this novella, Jake wants to marry Jackson, but Jackson seems reticent to “tie the knot.” Unbeknownst to Jake, Jackson is overwhelmed by the cost of the wedding that Jake’s mom wants to plan. Once Jake realizes the issue, he is determined to get Jackson to the altar. Will it happen before the end of the book? Read Surrender to find out.
Fiona Cole’s Surrender is the type of quick read you can do in a couple of hours. It’s a nugget of fun and sultriness. Just like Lovers, Jake and Jackson are hot in the bedroom. There is one scene, in particular, that is fire on the page. This is the Fiona Cole that we have all come to love.
The only complaint I have about Surrender is I want more. I love Jake and Jackson together: they love each other deeply, they support each other, and they are $exual magic. However, I want to see them beyond their wedding, considering babies. If I was Cole, I would continue Jake and Jackson’s story until their end because these two steam up the page and cause you to swoon. If you loved Lovers, then you definitely want Surrender. It’s a great deal, a quick read, and a place to distract you from the troubles of our world. Jake and Jackson are everything you want them to be.

If you loved Jake and Jackson's story from Lovers you should read this. Its a novella and we get a glimpse how this two are preparing for their wedding however Jackson hasn't set the date for the wedding and Jake is worried that he might having cold feet? its a fun read and the sex was soooo freakin🔥

My boys are back in this novella and Fiona Cole blew me away with this quick, steamy, HEA read.
Jake and Jackson get their full HEA in this novella, but as you would expect with these two, it does not come without some challenges.
Seeing the love between these two is so beautiful. I swooned over every moment, every word that comes from Jake. Jackson's insecurities are so typical of his true persona, and Jake working to overcome them shows how much they are meant to be together.
If I could read about Jake and Jackson in a never-ending story I would.
One click this novella ASAP.

I love these men so much. Seeing them get that HEA, to walk down the aisle together made my heart soar.
In terms of character development, though, there isn’t much, and the storyline is pretty expected based on the synopsis with no surprises. As with most novellas, I was left wanting more.
That being said, I still freaking love Jake and Jackson. Their love and passion for each is romantic, and their bedroom scenes (well, really anywhere scenes) are steamy.
Fans of the Lovers book will devour this. They will elated by these men finally getting to grasp their happy ending.

So, I rated this book three stars, because in my personal opinion what was the point of this book? This was a very short novella that really wasn't necessary and could've been added at the end of the book, Lovers (book #3 in this series), It was okay.
This was also my first M/M romance book I have ever read, so I can only imagine the actual book whenever I can get around to reading it.
Overall, I would not recommend reading this book as a priority for the series. This is more of a fill the void if you are missing these two male characters in the story.

Another amazing addition to Jackson and Jake’s story. Absolutely one of my favorite couples ever and I still love all the heat that is always there for them. Hot and steamy but still sweet while we read about them planning (or trying to plan anyway) their wedding. Loved Surrender and can’t wait for more books in the Voyeur series!
