On a diplomatic mission to discuss possible E&E assistance to the European Union, Donald Jefferson falls victim to an international assassin and Allison is in shock. With the intelligence community at a loss to find out who was behind the attack, Noah and Team Camelot are called on to track down the elusive criminal kingpin known only as Spear and bring his powerful murder cartel to an end.
The only way to determine who Spear is, however, is to infiltrate his organization, and that requires Noah, Neil, Jenny, Marco and Renée to all go into deep cover. Trouble follows, though, when Renée seems to have fallen under Spear’s sway and turned against the team.
With Marco insisting that Renee would never turn traitor, Noah has to decide whether to obey the order to eliminate her or risk everything to bring her back in from the cold. And he’s only got hours left to do so.
Librarian Note: There is more than one author in the Goodreads database with this name.
David Archer was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. He is a fiction author and novelist, writing in the mysteries and thrillers genre. His approach to writing is to hit deep, keep you entertained, and leave you wanting MORE with every turn of the page. He writes mysteries, thrillers, and suspense novels, all of which are primed to get your heart pumping.
Not a bad story, although it does seem to be a transition type of book. It seems that the author is changing up a couple of the series he writes, and this one is also getting a makeover.
While there are a few holes in this plot, it was an improvement over the previous book, and I look forward to the next book to see how the author handles the changes he made in this book.
This rating should be a 3.5, but will round up because it kept me interested, and it's setup at the end for the next book is intriguing.
I love everything about this series. The characters are real, the settings lovely, and the premise that there could actually be such a government agency. Noah and his new team go on a hunt for a bunch of diplomats and congressmen who are trying overtake the government, they have to first take care of the #1 assasin who is very elusive and taking down a number of prominent people. The ending will completely surprise you. You can read these stories alone but to get the whole picture the series is best!!!
This was another interesting read in the story off Noah Wolf and E&E. It is always fun to escape into the world of team Camelot and get caught up on where everyone is in this world. You get to feel that somewhere out there might be someone looking If It for the betterment of mankind. If you enjoy stories of intrigued, than this series to a good one to start up. Happy reading!
The latest book in The Camelot Series was awesome, the Team has to avenge the loss of one of its leaders. Noah has fully recovered from the last mission and has been ordered to Eliminate the most powerful group in the world. Again, " The Kissinger Doctrine " is fueling this Terrorist Group and people believe that Kissinger was an orginal member of the group.
Wow. What an elaborate shell game, only with people! They have some help from another of E & E's many employees and he brings to mind the old show Mission Impossible again. This is a very fast paced and exciting read. Can't wait to get to the end soon. But at the same time, I don't want the adventures to stop. Fabulous ending and cannot wait to begin Book 17, Pack Leader.
Another great chapter has ended and Noah and the gang have bopped from one side of the world to another in the name of avenging the loss of one of their top people. The character lost has been an integral part of the story. That's always a shake up, and as things get deeper, the suspense at what is coming next keeps increasing!
Man, I’ve been absent on these books for awhile. I didn’t know there were books #16, #17 and #18 out! But the action still leaves my heart pumping! Thanks for the memories of stories past. Well thought out and written and what a great story!
Terrific storyline and interesting characters, surprisingly high in government. That was an eye opener! Noah gets to be "top banana" and he stays home with Sarah, but can still go out on missions once in a while. Sad beginning, but a happy ending.
Love Archer’s books. Fast reading, intrigue over intrigue. Characters well developed and interactions among them are very real. Themes are only too real as our world spins monsters around and spits them out to be destroyed by Wolf and family
Donald Jefferson is killed by an assain while in England. Team Camelot is sent to avenge his death and to take out the organization that ordered it. Many miles, countries and intrigue latter it seems they are successful.
Deep Allegiance is what I feel for these characters. Just wow, I really love where the author is going with the main storyline and simply cannot wait to read the next book.
Noah and his team are on a mission to terminate key players in organization called Spear that has prominent people in key positions of power through out the world and great influence in world affairs . Non stop action from the first to last page.Another excellent read in this series!!
Not showing up as read in my list. Don't think this should post other than it is the game changer that alters the authors POV and his new writing mate, Vogel. At least in my viewpoint.
Great read love the E & E concept with Noah running the show . Looking forward to the up coming book. Ian going to have to try the Chance Reddick boo’s
David Archer's several series have become my #1 reading choice. The Noah Wolf series has captivated me with its current topics, exciting plots, and character development. Even though Deep Allegiance is #16 in the series, it is still interesting and fulfills my goal in pleasure reading.
This book was exactly as i hoped it would be. Nice light reading magerial. A well known cast of characters, a bad guy and some cool plot twists. Loved it
