This is a romance. In story the guy falls in love with the girl right away. I really enjoyed this story, but there where times I was thinking this would never happen in real life. I really loved the characters. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (Harlequin Special Edition) or author (Christine Rimmer) via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review about how I feel about this book, and I want to send a big Thank you to them for that.

HOME FOR THE BABY’S SAKE (The Bravos of Valentine Bay Book #8) by Christine Rimmer is a contemporary romance that I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. Even though this is the eighth book in the series each featuring a different sibling, it is easily read as a standalone.

Roman Marek is a hugely successful real estate developer who has relocated with his infant son and mother back to Valentine Bay upon his mother’s request. He purchased the old theater in town and plans to use its bones for a boutique hotel, but it is still in use by the community for local projects until the end of the year.

Hailey Bravo and her sister, Harper run H&H Productions and produce all the community shows and projects in the old theater. She loves the theater, her job and her community. When the theater sale is complete, she is worried about the future plans of the new owner.

When Roman and Hailey meet they are both attracted to each other even with the future of the theater between them, but Roman has been lost in love twice before and is not as open as Hailey even though he believes she is the missing piece for his little family. Roman is going to learn that Hailey cannot be managed like a business problem and he is going to have to learn to trust again for the love he truly wants.

This is a sweet and spicy quick read with plenty of family, love and ultimately a very satisfying HEA. Roman is a complex alpha hero who could easily run over a heroine who is not as strong, but Hailey has him matched with her strength, love and understanding. The sex scenes are realistic and not gratuitous. All the secondary characters add to the depth of the story and are not just fillers especially the secondary story revolving around Roman’s mother. I love the Bravo family and really need to check out more of this series.

I recommend this contemporary romance for a well written and heartfelt HEA!

Roman Marek is twice married and now widowed with an infant son. He has headed home to Valentine Bay with hopes of raising his son in the beautiful town. Little did Roman realize that he would be bit by gthe love bug in the form of theater director Hailey Bravo. The fact that Roman is a real estate developer with a project that just might destroy the location of Hailey's theater most definitely creates friction between them.

However, something else is brewing. Hailey is concerned for her theater, but there is something about Roman that she cannot let go of - the fact that she desires him. Hailey soon learns that Roman's feelings are mutual, except that he wants to go a step further.

There is a lot of give and take in this cute romance by Christine Rimmer. I love the instant family that is formed as Hailey and Roman work through their obstacles to find their way to forever love. I loved Roman and Hailey and I really loved his mom. There were moments of sadness in this story, but it leveled out to deliver a happy ending.

Many thanks to Harlequin Special Edition and to NetGalley for this ARC for review. This is my honest opinion.

Roman buys the Valentine Bay Theater because his Mom tells him she wants him to buy it. He usually does anything he can for his Mom so he buys it. He has plans to turn it into a hotel but his Mother is against that idea and she isn't the only one.

Roman sees it as an investment that will make him richer and Hailey sees it with her heart. What happens when you have two stubborn people together. A whole lot of laughs and really good book. Check it out I really enjoyed it.

I have been waiting to read Hailey Bravo’s story and when she and Roman Marek met, I could feel the electricity between them. Throw in a very cute and precious baby, Theo, and you can’t help but feel the goosebumps. I fell hard for Theo! This author has a way of making you feel at one with her books. It was hard to let go of the characters. The one redeeming factor is you know you will meet this family again.

Terrific book, full of love, laughter, and tears. It had me hooked from the first chapter until I finished it at 3 am. Roman is a real estate developer who lived in Valentine Bay as a child. His memories of the town are not the best, but he gives in to his mom's suggestion that it would be the best place to raise his son. At her request, he purchases the Valentine Bay theater, though he intends to turn it into a boutique hotel rather than keep it as a theater. Roman wanders into the theater one day while the local theater group is planning their next production and is immediately captivated by director Hailey Bravo.

Hailey and her sister Harper own H & H Productions and run most of the community events that take place at the old theater. She loves the theater and the happiness its events bring to community members. She knows the building has been sold and worries about the fate of both the building and the groups that use it.

The connection between Hailey and Roman is obvious from their first meeting. They both find it easy to talk to each other, and their attraction is immediate. Roman is so determined to get to know Hailey better that he avoids telling her that he is the new owner of the theater. By the time they have finished lunch together, Hailey seriously considers a fling with Roman. Meanwhile, the depth and speed of the connection create panic in Roman, who decides avoidance is his best option. Hailey is hurt and confused when he doesn't call her, but she is livid when she finds out HE is the new owner. The scene where she confronts him is hilarious, both for her actions and his reactions.

I loved the development of the relationship between Hailey and Roman. After that confrontation, Roman realizes that Hailey is exactly what he wants in his life. However, he and Hailey have opposing desires. Hailey is only interested in a fling. She believes that she had her chance at love and will never feel that way again. Roman proposes marriage on his first date with Hailey. But it is quickly apparent that love is not part of his equation. Roman was burned in his first marriage and no longer trusts the idea of love. His proposal is based solely on compatibility and Hailey's evident love for his son Theo. He is willing to do anything to get her to say yes, including using the theater. Meanwhile, Hailey's feelings for Roman begin to grow, but she refuses to believe that love can happen that quickly.

As they spend more time together, Roman and Hailey begin to feel like a family. I got frustrated with Roman because of his unrelenting push for marriage without being willing to admit his feelings for Hailey. Every time he thought about it, his fears of "messy feelings" would get in the way. Hailey knew she loved him and wanted to marry him, but she needed him to be able to say the words. I ached for them both when he pushed her away, giving in to his fears that he would be a terrible husband after all. I felt like Roman earned every bit of the misery he experienced after he sent her away. I loved watching Hailey pull herself together and then decide that she wasn't going to wait around for him to come to his senses. The scene at the hotel was excellent. I especially loved her response to the text he sent her and the effect it had on him. I loved his "aha" moment as he realized that he had made them both miserable for no reason, and the change in him as he finally broke free of his fears. I got a kick out of Roman's sudden enthusiasm for compromise.

I loved the secondary characters. The most adorable one was Roman's son Theo. One of Roman's most endearing qualities was his unconditional love for his son. Theo was such a well-loved baby that it was easy for him to reflect that love back on others. I loved how he and "Lee-Lee" took to each other. I also loved Roman's mom, Sasha. She was an amazing woman who raised Roman on her own under challenging circumstances. It was fun to see how well she knew him and how to handle him. I loved how she took to Hailey from the moment Hailey stormed into Roman's house. Her blatant matchmaking was amusing. Her personal challenges near the end of the book showcased her strength and determination. There was also an unexpected twist that I enjoyed. I liked catching up a little with the other Bravo siblings and especially getting to know Harper a bit better. I'm looking forward to her story.

This is another lovely contemporary romance featuring the Bravo siblings who grew up in Valentine Bay. Each book features the romance of one of the siblings and, although they are obviously connected, I believe you can still enjoy any of the books as a standalone. This story stars Hailey Bravo who, with her sister Harper, runs H&H Productions and together they are key to the production of the community shows and projects in the old theatre. Unfortunately the theatre has been sold and they know they are only guaranteed to be able to use it until the New Year, after that they have no idea what the new owner plans to do with the building.

Roman Marek has moved back to Valentine Bay with his Mum and young son after the death of his wife. His Mum encouraged him to buy the old theatre when she learnt it was for sale. He's a real estate developer and multimillionaire but he hasn't decided just what he wants to do with the theatre yet. When he visits it for the first time he sees Hailey Bravo in a meeting and then thwarting the unwanted attentions of one of the men. This is instant love for him, but Hailey is more wary.

This is one alpha male meeting his match in every way. He's used to folks following his lead and doing what he wants but that certainly won't happen with Hailey - she's also got a huge stubborn streak despite being a compassionate and caring individual. The Bravo clan are brilliant, as usual, with several of them having key roles to play in this story. It is a story involving a divorcee, a widower, a single parent and that's just Roman! There's lots of love, plenty of surprises and more than one romance in this great addition to the series. If you enjoy sparks flying, family dramas and two people meeting their match, you'll love reading this story!

Thanks to Harlequin and NetGalley for my copy of this book which I have voluntarily read and honestly reviewed.

Hailey Bravo loves her job as the theater director of the Valentine Bay Theater. Hailey and her sister Harper who own H & H Productions have a contract with the Valentine Bay Arts Council to put on performances. Everyone is concerned about what will happen with the theater after the death of the previous owner. It is known that the theater has been sold. No one knows the new owner's plans though. Unbeknownst to Hailey as she works on stage blocking for the upcoming Festival of Fall Revue she meets the new owner Roman Marek. Roman doesn't tell Hailey he is the new owner. Hailey and Roman experience instant attraction. So much so that Roman tells Hilary, while on their first date, they should get married. That sure wasn't happening so fast. Hailey lost the love of her life three years previously to stage four leukemia. As attracted as she is to Roman, Hilary isn't ready to get married. As time goes on though Hilary falls in love with Roman. And his eleven- month-old son Theo too! There's much to work out between the two of them. Sometimes true love and happiness doesn't come easily.

Roman Marek has had two previous marriages. His first wife Charlene married him for money and that ended in divorce. He married his second wife Nina when she became pregnant with his son Theo. He knew he didn't really love her though. Nina died in a car accident when Theo was just one month old. Roman's mother talked him into moving to Valentine Bay where they had lived before moving to Las Vegas. She talked him into buying the theater because it held such fond memories of the children events she and Roman attended there. He doesn't think she will approve of his plans to turn the building into a hotel. When Roman first set eyes on Hilary he was very attracted to her. It didn't take him long to realize she was nothing like his previous wives. She was the real deal, so genuine, caring and strong. He wants to marry her but isn't so sure about being in love.

Home for the Baby's Sake by Christine Rimmer is part of The Bravos of Valentine Bay series. I was intrigued by the two main characters Hilary and Roman. They are two dominant personalities capable of knocking heads together and finally finding a happy compromise. I found it amusing how many times Roman tries to get Hilary to marry him. They sure do have some serious bumps on the road to their Happily Ever After. I have enjoyed reading the love stories of the Bravo family so far. Good thing there are more of the siblings' stories to come.

Roman Marek has relocated to Valentine Bay with his son. He's successful in his estate agent (real estate) business but has had failed relationships.

Hailey and her sister run a theater business which just si happens to be located in the old theater Roman is looking to buy.

There begins conflict. I thought all sides were too quick to enter into disagreement when they had only just met, and the first 30% was too laden with lamentations from Roman in the form of inner thoughts about his failed past relationships.

I felt his small son was kind of losing out on him not being there for him as much as he could have been because of Roman being focused on these feelings.

I like going to the theater, but the conversation surrounding the theater felt kind of bland and I was not invested in it.

The start of romantic feelings between both Roman and Hailey seemed to come out of nowhere: one minute, they were arguing, the next kissing all without barely knowing each other. Even then, I felt these scenes were rushed.

It was hard to figure out what they really felt for each other and if it was love, they fell for each other awfully quickly which is not realistic in real life and made me not believe them as characters.

There are some tender moments and the baby son is cute but they are not really a couple I was really rooting for, although the second half of the book was a little better.

I just feel that the romance and feelings could have been better explored and made more realistic had the plot not been so rushed and vague. Unfortunately, I felt I did not get to really know, and therefore feel for, the characters.

I felt the setting was lacking detail as it did not pull me in.

I was really looking forward to this but it was not what I hoped for.

Thanks to Christine Rimmer for my ARC in exchange for an honest and voluntary review.

Could not wait to read this one and it definitely did not disappoint! Roman Merek returns to the town that he grew up in for his mother. The Real estate developer loves his mother and moved them home & purchases the theater that his mother loves and ends up running into Hailey Bravo the Director at the theater. At first meeting he is absolutely mesmerized by her. From the first week he is determined to get the strong minded Hailey to marry him and be His baby’s mother. Hailey stays insistent for several months that it’s too soon until he finally back peddles and ends the relationship abruptly. My heart just dropped at that point. What Hailey, with the help of meddling Mama drum up will leave you holding your breath. No spoiler alert here. This is a must read to find out what happens next. I promise you will be holding your breath to until you find out. Every single character in this book is so completely perfect and you will fall in love with them all, even baby Theo!

Home for Baby's Sake is the 8th book in the Bravos of Valentine Bay series. This one worked very well as a stand alone. I am intrigued enough by some of the things that Hailey said about her siblings that I want to go back and read the earlier books. This one was the perfect book to read on a chilly Sunday morning with a cup of tea. I loved Hailey and Roman together. I loved that they took time to be together before jumping to a sexual relationship. The chemistry was off the charts with these two. I also loved that there wasn't too much angst in the book. Roman's relationship with his mother, Sasha was very sweet. I would have loved to get a sneak peek into her surprise relationship. I highly recommend this one.

If you are looking for a cute contemporary book then you'll get it here. I enjoyed seeing Roman and Hailey’s story and seeing that romance between to and while there was attraction between the two Roman was clearly rushing into things while holding something Haley finds important back. I loved how bull headed Roman was, he was a man who knew what he wanted and charged forth. Meanwhile there is Hailey who is sweet and refused to give into things. She refused to give into some of Roman's rediculous demands and wasn't a push over which I liked. I loved seeing the family interaction. There was very little drama and overall this was a pretty enjoyable book.

Sometimes we can be our own worse enemy. This is Roman Marek's biggest problem. Enter Hailey Bravo, she is a strong, bold and giving woman. Roman has finally met his match in Hailey. But both are a bit on the stubborn side and like things to go their way. Can they make their ways mesh together? Read it and find out! This is a very charming story and who can resist cute babies and meddling mother's to.

The Seventh Book in the Bravos of Valentine Bay is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone It is one of my favorites in the series.

What do you get when you take a handsome Alpha male and a strong willed woman and put them together? You get a fabulous but sometimes tug-of-war relationship. Hailey Bravo is the co-owner of H & H Productions which she shares with her sister Harper. The company is based out of the Valentine Bay Theater. The theater is up for sale unfortunately and has just been purchased by Roman Marek.

Roman Marek, a real estate developer, is a handsome alpha type male who has just moved back to Valentine Bay with his young son Theo and his mother Sasha after his last marriage ends. He and his mother lived there when he was a child and his mother thinks it is a good place to raise his young son Theo. When Roman visits the theater to look around he runs into Hailey who was just ending a session with her sister Harper and Doug who assists at the theater. They are working on the Festival of Fall Revue featuring the children of Valentine Bay. Roman has been standing in the shadows but shows himself after Doug comes on to Hailey and she rebuffs him using a little physical persuasion. After Doug leaves Hailey explains to Roman that Doug is actually harmless. The two start a conversation and an almost instant attraction develops between the them. They talk for a while and then decide to meet for coffee after Hailey is done at the theater. Hailey discovers that Roman has lived in Valentine Bay years ago and is familiar with the Bravos and he had gone to High School with her brothers Connor and Matt.

Hailey and Roman hit it off tremendously and he gets her number at the end of their meeting at the restaurant but for the next week after he doesn't call her. Hailey then finds out from Tandy Carson, the director of Valentine Bay Arts Council, that Roman Marek is the new owner of the theater and he has given them until January 1st of the next year to vacate the theater. From there the story takes twist and turns that will keep you delightfully glued to the pages as the rest of their story unfolds.

I thoroughly enjoyed this latest installment of the Bravos of Valentines Bay and I highly recommend that you visit this quaint little town and the Bravo family!

Roman Marek returns to his hometown of Valentine Bay, Oregon with his infant son. He figures it’s the perfect place to raise his child. His mother is even there to lend a helping hand. She convinces him to purchase the local theater, although she can’t seem to convince him not to tear it down and build a hotel. However, for now, the theater still stands and is operating.

Hailey Bravo is quite involved in the small theater and it’s productions. She’s determined to stop Roman from destroying something that is so important to her. She never expected to be attracted to the new owner.

Roman and Hailey have a hard time fighting their attraction and the sparks fly high between these two. Their chemistry is strong from the beginning. Christine Rimmer did a wonderful job of creating two endearing characters as well as a town filled with realistic characters. She immediately transported me to Valentine Bay.

This was a quick read for me. It’s a heartwarming, sweet read with a touch of spice. It’s filled with characters I truly cared about.

This is the 8th book in the The Bravos of Valentine Bay series. It’s the first one I read, although many years ago I read another Bravo book, but it was from one of the previous Bravos series. The Bravos have been around for a long time in the romance world. Christine Rimmer has been one of my favorite romance authors since I read the first Bravo book in the 1990’s. It was before I started blogging so I don’t even remember which one it was. Although members of the Bravo family show up in this one, this is Roman and Hailey's story. It really didn't matter if I hadn't read the previous books.

This wont be my last Bravo book. Home for the Baby’s Sake swept me away and provided me with many relaxing hours. A “feel good” type of book. I need more of them on my reading list.

Hailey Bravo lives in Valentine’s Bay and owns a production company with her sister Harper. She also helps the arts council run local productions in the town theatre. Word around town is that the theatre has a new owner, and now the fate of the theater is in the new owners’ hands. Maybe she can convince them to let the community still use it.

Roman Marek has moved back to Valentine with his infant son and his mother and is now the new owner of the Valentine Bay theatre. His plan is to renovate and turn it into a hotel. He is about making a profit, and in the state, it is now, it is not making money. When he goes to check out his new property, he happens to meet Hailey and she piques his interest.

Hailey and Roman get off to a good start which turns sour quite quickly when she finds out he is the new theatre owner and hears his renovation plans. They seem to be at an impasse, but Roman thinks the answer is quite simple…. If she marries him, he will gift her the theatre. Hailey thinks Roman is rushing things and tells him to slow down. After they start spending more time together will Roman still want to marry Hailey? Will Hailey relent and marry Roman to get the theatre?

This was such a sweet story and I loved Christine Rimmer’s writing style. I loved the love interest between the two main characters and I also adored all the supporting characters in the story. Although this is the ninth book in the series, I did read it as a stand a lone novel and had no trouble at all catching up on the backstory of the series. I would like to go back and read the series from the beginning to delve deeper into all the characters. Thank you so much to the author Christine Rimmer, Harlequin Publishing and NetGalley for an advanced copy of the book to review. It was fabulous! "Home for the Baby's Sake" by Christine Rimmer is the 8th book in the Bravos of Valentine Bay series. This is the story of Hailey Bravo & Roman Marek. Hailey & her sister Harper owns H&H Productions who has a contract with the Valentine Bay Arts Council to put on various performances. The owner of the theater recently dies and everyone is worried about what will happen to the theater. The theater is sold and the new owner has agreed to keep the contract with the Arts Council to the end of the year, but January 1st he has big plans for the property. Unbeknownst to Hailey as she is working on stage she meets Roman and they have instant chemistry. Roman doesn't tell her he is the new owner of the theater when he asks her out to dinner. Hailey agrees to dinner and even gives her his phone number. Instead of telling her he is the new owner he states they should get married. After several days Roman doesn't call Hailey is upset till she learns that he is the new owner of the theater. She confronts him and he states marry me and the theater is yours. Hailey doesn't want a business agreement for marriage she wants love. Can Roman give Hailey what she needs? Can Love win out? Read "Home for the Baby Sake" you will not be disappointed I certainly wasn't.

Roman Marek is a businessman. He has come back to his hometown of Valentine Bay so his son will be raised in a small town, not in Las Vegas where he has made his fortune developing rundown properties. A widower, he wants to keep his heart out of his next relationship, although he is looking for a mother for his son.

Hailey Bravo is the theater manager and all-around community event coordinator. She loves Valentine Bay, where she grew up and where her family lives. She is looking for money to keep the theater up and a man to give her heart to.

Roman is the new owner of the theater and has big plans for it. Those plans don’t include keeping it as the community center. As the manager of the theater, Hailey knows that it IS the center of the Valentine Bay community and needs to stay that way. When they meet, it’s insta-lust for Roman, and I don’t even think I like you, for Hailey.

As Roman and Hailey begin to work on the problem of what to do with the theater, can they break through their pre-conceived notions of each other and realize what their hearts already know?

It’s always fun to see the characters from previous books make appearances in the new book. A fabulous addition to the Bravos of Valentine Bay series.

Home for the Baby’s Sake
Christine Rimmer

Christine Rimmer’s latest is a sweet with heat small town romance. She gives readers a fast paced steamy story with a likeable couple, believable obstacles, outstanding costars and an adorable little boy set in a realistic small town locale. The audience will race through this steady paced story, long time series fans will appreciate the past series character check ins and new fans will love the fact that they can enjoy this as a stand-alone.

Hailey Bravo is happy directing the children’s performances at the local theater in her small Oregon town, however now everything is on hold until the theater’s new owner lets everyone know what lies ahead. The new owner just happens to be a very successful very handsome real estate developer who wants to turn the theatre into a boutique hotel. She’s hoping she can change his mind.

Roman Marek moved back to Valentine Bay with his mom and small son, he’s a two time loser in love and marriage but when he meets the beautiful, opinionated theatre director he’s willing to see if the third time really is a charm and he’s willing to up the ante by giving her something she wants, her beloved theatre. He just hopes his plan doesn’t come back to bite him in the butt.

👍MY REVIEW👍
Home for the Baby's Sake is the 9th Book in the Bravos of Valentine Bay series but it can easily be read as a stand-alone with no problem at all.
First i want to say I LOVE this cover. The baby is so cute and draws my attention. My mom got me into reading romance books with kids in them. Why ? Because kids always have a way of making things more interesting. Same for the ones that have pets in them. Home for the Baby's Sake is Roman Marek and Hailey Bravo story. Roman is a real estate developer who moved back to Valentine Bay with his mom and his infant son. There is not anything he would not do for either of them. So when his mom asked him to buy local theater she loved so much he did. When he goes to look at the old theater to see what all he needs to do to it he meets Hailey Bravo. Hailey is not going let him turn the one thing she loves the most into a hotel. Not without a fight. I really liked both Hailey
and Roman .But as with any good romance i found myself wanting to shake both of them at times especially Roman. His constantly asking Hailey to marry him even though they just met got on my nerves. The Book moves at a good pace and all of the characters are well developed and likeable.I loved the authors writing style and the fact she described all of the scenes so well. By the time the story ended I wanted more. Can't wait to read the other books in this series. This is Definitely a good 5 star read. And as with any book you read PLEASE leave the author a REVIEW. Reviews are very important to authors and is what keeps them writing.Thank you Christine Rimmer

Who is Roman Marek? Why is he in Valentine Bay looking unhappy? Who is Theo? I like him, he's a cutie! I have to say I really like Sasha! Hailey and Harper are a great pair. How do they know one another and what do they do for a living? Who is Patrick & Irene? How do they play into the whole story of what is happening in Valentine Bay? What do we learn? Man, I was ready to throttle Roman often throughout this story! Had I been a character in the story, I probably would have, multiple times. May have even up arrested for homicide. I love Hailey's stick-with it-ness that she shows us. Her never give up attitude was wonderful to read! Enjoy the story!

Hailey Bravo is used to being the leader of a group. A member of the close-knit Bravo family she’s happy with her life. Roman Marek has moved back to Valentine Bay to raise his young son. He’s not looking for a relationship because of his two past bad marriages. When Roman and Hailey meet its an instant strong attraction. They have apposing ideas for the town’s theater. Can they change each other’s minds about the theater and love? What happens when a move HOME FOR BABY’S SAKE leads to a deal and marriage proposal?

Christine Rimmer’s next book in the Bravos of Valentine Bay with Hailey Bravo’s story. HOME FOR BABY’S SAKE brings together two stubborn people who are used to being the leaders. They clash and find they can’t forget about each other. A romantic
heart tugging story of thinking they’d wouldn’t find true love and weren’t looking for a relationship. Christine Rimmer brings to life her characters and has you wanting to learn more about the Bravo family and the missing Bravo brother. I’ll be sorry to see the Valentine Bay Bravos come to an end. Hopefully, we’ll find out were and what happened to him. I can’t wait for the next book focusing on Harper Bravo’s story. HOME FOR BABY’S SAKE will have you wondering if these two stubborn characters will find their compromises,

FABULOUS read!! I loved how Christine Rimmer brings us back to Valentine's Bay and the Bravo family with Hailey's story!! It's a great wounded single dad meets love of his life and wants to fight the attraction kind of story. The biggest problem Roman Malek has is trying to convince Hailey Bravo that she needs to marry him for a theater and NOT love!! Hailey's holding out for love and it takes him a while to realize his mistake. I need to re-read it to count how many times Roman actually proposes!! I also love how Christine weaves in a long lost love story as a secondary romance - making Roman rethink the error of his actions.

Thanks for this latest edition of the Bravos of Valentine's Bay, Christine!!

Hailey Bravo enjoys working at the local theater and the kids programs. The theater is bought by an unknown person and the big question is will they allow them to continue to use the theater for the programs and shows?

Roman Marek might have bought the theater as a favor to his mom, but he has no desire to update it and keep it up as a theater for Valentine Bay. Instead he has other plans.

When these two meet, sparks fly, when they butt heads, pure fireworks!

Christine Rimmer is an amazing wordsmith who weaves wonderful places, awesome characters and brings you into the story and makes you not want to leave! Every story is gold!

Home for the Baby's Sake by Christine Rimmer
Hailey Bravo and Roman Marek are the main characters. This is a Bravo Book.
Hailey meets Roman after he buys the theater that she is working at and decides that he wants to turn into something else. They clash over this. She finds out that his mother talked him into buying the theater for her and that she wants the theater to stay the same. Hailey finds out that he has a son Theo from a previous marriage and falls in love with Theo and Roman. Roman wants a marriage based on mutual respect and caring and Hailey wants to be in love and for Roman to love her. It was a very good book and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good book to read.

Hailey Bravo is passionate about her work at the Valentine Bay Theatre. Roman Marek is a real estate developer who has bought the theatre with plans to turn it into a boutique hotel and doesn't plan to have anyone stand in his way. He has met his match in Hailey. There is instant attraction between them when they meet, but when she finds out he now owns the theatre, she goes to work to change his mind about turning into a hotel. Their relationship grows pretty fast, but the one thing Hailey wants from Roman he just doesn't want to give, which is his heart. Will be wake up before it's too late to realize the best thing that has happened to him and his little boy has be right there all along?

Really enjoyed this 7th story in The Bravos of Valentines Bay series by Ms Rimmer! Although part of a series, each book stands alone. Roman Marek returns to Valentines Bay as the owner of the community theater building which puts him in conflict with Hailey Bravo, the theater director. He plans to repurpose the theater as he continues to run. his real estate business and raises his infant son. This book tells their story of attraction, conflicts, family relationships, & love. Two strong personalities in conflict brings about all kinds of situations for the reader to appreciate especially since the hero & heroine are strongly attracted to each other. No spoilers! Highly recommend this and the other books in this series! Looking forward to the next books about the Bravo family!

Ms. Rimmer delights again as she continues the Bravo family stories. Hailey Bravo and Roman Marek are quite opposite, but boy do opposites attract (and have some great chemistry)! The sparks fly from their first meeting and almost catch fire at their first kiss, but Roman is afraid to love again and Hailey dreams of love again...
This book was an entertaining read with an interesting storyline involving an old theater house and two close knit families. I highly recommend as an enjoyable (and pretty steamy) read!
