Reading this book felt like being in a therapy session with Tracy. Love the direct writing style, as if she's actually speaking to you.
I've already read so many books about personal growth. This book didn't really add anything new but it did give me a kick in the ass to actually do the work. And we're all a work in progress and need reminders from time to time, so I will read this book again, I'm sure.

I really enjoyed listening to this as an audiobook. I can see myself purchasing a print edition to refer to or to re-read.

The points made were relatable and valid. The author was positive but without a lot of "toxic positivity" that a lot of personal development books have.

A lot of "me me me, my childhood, my clients.." not so much about the info itself. I'm listening to the audiobook and the voice sounds annoying just talking about the author and her clients.

My mind is swimming in possibilities and optimism. Insightful and thought-provoking, this book doesn’t just tell you to love and empower yourself; it walks you through *how* to do it. It contains what so many self-help books lack: a blueprint. Through examples, questions, and exercises, Litt offers both the justification and the tools to challenge self-imposed limits and make new choices. My only complaint is she ended too many already-powerful statements with “Period.” for emphasis. But the benefits I am reaping from this book far outweigh that minor annoyance. I am reading it a second time and journaling responses to the prompts and it’s bringing so much insight!

I got the audio book from my library after hearing Tracy on the Unstoppable Success Radio podcast. I will tell you, I am addicted to Tracy’s straightforwardness, honesty, and productive solutions. I will definitely be buying the actual book and will read it again to do all the exercises more thoroughly. I am so taken aback by how much truth is here. By how much it is helping me to shift my thinking and life experience. I am kind of shocked this isn’t a best seller. I also know it doesn’t matter if it is. What matters is, I am so thankful to have stumbled across this book and for the positive impact it is having on me!

This book is simply fantastic.
Not only does it clearly and deeply explain how your mind actually works and how it *could* work to serve you better, it actually gives you steps to take action. This book is filled with beautiful little pearls of wisdom followed by direct exercises you can do yourself to elevate your life.
Totally serious, but not too serious as it many times made me chuckle to myself, Tracy will become your BFF giving to you straight and honest whether you like it or not.

A lot of the ideas are not necessarily unique to Tracy, but even in those instances her delivery is truly unique and you won’t soon forget the lessons in these pages.

I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone, regardless where you are on your personal development journey. I will be coming back to this one often, as it will be my guide to living my best life and truly be the awesomely wonderfully WORTHY HUMAN that I am!

This is one of those books that I will be reading more than once because of how much helpful information it contains. It is filled with a lot of things that I know subconsciously but I need to be reminded of. Some key takeaways for me, on my first read, included:

- I should question things more and come to my own conclusion about what is right for me.
- Be careful about the things I say to others because it could impact how they feel about themselves.
- It's not what happens to us but how we react to what happens to us that determines our happiness.
- I need to come up with new thoughts that I want to focus on and stop thinking thoughts I don't want in my head.

I would recommend this book to anyone who feels they aren't where they want to be in their life and want to work on self-awareness and making changes to help them get to where they want to be.

I couldn’t put this book down simply because it was like having a deep conversation with my best friend that I didn’t want to stop. Tracy keeps it real, keeps it approachable, and keeps pushing me to dig deeper to question and make change. This book is a game changer!

I couldn’t put this book down simply because it was like having a deep conversation with my best friend that I didn’t want to stop. Tracy keeps it real, keeps it approachable, and keeps pushing me to dig deeper to question and make change.

The exercises within the book were amazing. I was able to read, consider my own life, habits and thought processes and take my time to figure myself out and have a real plan for personal growth that I could put into action right away.

Worhy Human is a game changer!

Must read for immediate growth and expansion

This book is just a snippet of the greatness that Tracy has learned, practiced, created, and shared with the world. It is a very digestible intro to the human growth and expansion field that is on the leading edge of the consciousness revolution. Tracy's no-BS approach to improving yourself to improve the world is a game changer! Once you read this, make sure to find her other great resources, like her TED Talk, her podcast, and the programs available in her business. You can thank me (and Tracy) later.

4.5 — I really enjoyed reading this book and feel motivated and inspired by the ideas mentioned. I like that it includes exercises to help guide your thinking to be different, but without personal guidance, I don’t think I was able to make the most of them. Wishing I could work one-on-one with Tracy Litt’s help!

This was good but also annoying. I think I just did not enjoy how it was written and how repetitive the author is. But I do think it has some good info in it.
