I'm sure this book would have been better if I had read the first one. Unfortunately, the author thrusts you into the midst of things without much explanation, and the book ends just as abruptly. It's really not the best way to do a series.

I can't decide if I liked this more or less than book one. It has the same extreme need for editing due to missing and wrong words through out. Some parts felt out of place and awkward. The ending was very abrupt. But overall I would have to say that I enjoyed it.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I will read the next in this series. Everything went a bit off the rails to me, and not in a fun, "omg this is crazy what's happening next?" kind of way.
