Sincerely Carter:

What a fun, sexy enemies-in-fourth-grade-friends-throughout-the-rest-of-their-lives-to-lovers story!

I had so much fun reading this book. Arizona and Carter were wonderful characters that stole my heart. They were perfect as best friends but holy heck...when they became more, my kindle almost combusted from the intensity.

Kiss GIF

While this is very light-hearted, it isn’t without angst. It had just enough to drive the story and then BAM! This author really amps it up and I didn’t know how this couple were going to find their happy ever after.

Sincerely Arizona:

This is a wonderful epilogue to Sincerely, Carter. We get such a sweet look at how this couple make their happy ever after work while also going after their dreams. Carter was deliciously secretive and Arizona was still bound to be right about the past. This was just pure fun with a huge dash of warmth!

Forget You Ethan:

Oh my gosh, I loved this enemies-to-lovers story so much!

Beginning in childhood, Ethan and Rachel have been enemies throughout their life. As the story unfolds, we get little flashbacks throughout the years and they absolutely slayed me in every way. I laughed, I swooned, I grinned ridiculously, I wanted to smack someone upside the head, and I fell in love with both of these characters.

Patch and Nora kiss

This is a relatively low angst read that kept me glued to the pages waiting to see when hatred turned to love. They had amazing chemistry together and when if finally exploded, holy heck...this couple sizzled! With some wonderful secondary characters that kept me entertained as well, I’m putting this on my reread shelf.

Forget You Rachel:

This is the perfect conclusion to Forget You, Ethan! I loved that it stayed true to the characters and highlighted what made their relationship unique. Of course, the fact that it also shows what it’s like when you love a book so much you don’t want it to end helped me to understand Rachel’s struggle as well. I didn’t want Ethan and Rachel’s story to end either! I would love to see this couple 8-10 years down the road. But then I’d probably want to see them again, and again, etc. I am that greedy reader.

Light-hearted romance galore alert!

Arizona and Carter is friend to lover romance. Best friends since fourth grade who experience first everything together. Couldn’t ask for a more fun, sweet, adorable relationship. Sincerely Arizona was and extended epilogue of their HEA. Super sweet and heartwarming.

Rachel and Ethan were next door neighbor who hated each other from the start. They fight and write hate letters back and forth until high school. Rachel went away for school on board a ship but decided to come back for her last year. The hate continues but is it really hate? This one is an enemy to lover romance, slow burn, plenty of angst. Definitely heat and steamy. Forget You Rachel is a perfect conclusion to Rachel and Ethan HEA. A nice conclusion to their turbulence romance.

Love both couples – realistic, fun, entertaining.

These two wonderful books together in one cover! Best Friends to Lovers, Enemies to Lovers! Two books that will leave you wishing for more of these amazing couples!

FORGET YOU ETHAN
This book was so refreshingly different that I drank it like a cool glass of sweet tea. I've read plenty of Enemies to Lovers books but this one was a very different type of enemies. These two met at 7-1/2 years old and became enemies at their first meeting. Yet they saw they had more in common than anyone else in their neighborhood and their parents were good friends. Therefore they are put together so often they become integral to each other's lives.

This story is told in duel POVs and goes back and forth in time from their school days to the present. As we experience their "hatred" for each other, we come to realize that they are really best friends who won't admit how much they care about each other. They mask it under the enemy shield with moments of truce and "forget this moment ever happened". I absolutely melted at how Ethan put Rachel before his girlfriends and no one that either one of them dated could meet their high expectations. When they finally realized their feelings for each other, my kindle burst into flames and I basked in the heat of their combustion! It was all I had been anticipating and more! Whitney can do a slow burn to an inferno like no other!! Perfection! And the Easter Egg in there at Gayle's with Carter and Arizona's booth! If you have read Sincerely Carter, you will see it.

This is a fantastic read that I will be rereading and I can tell you right now you NEED to read this fantastic book! Whitney G is a one click author for me, you can't go wrong with her books!

SINCERELY, CARTER
This Best Friends to Lovers Trope is done a little differently by Whitney G and I loved it! She can make a book uniquely her own like no one else. I started reading and couldn't put it down until I finished the epilogue with hearts ❤ in my eyes.

Carter is dreamy and Arizona's best friend since childhood (4th grade). They share all their confidences and are always there for each other. I loved this about their relationship. And when one day they finally looked at each other and really saw each other. All the sexual tension. It was glorious! We saw that they loved each way before they even had any idea! And the chemistry, the steam! Hot!

I just adored Carter, how he would go rescue Arizona whenever she needed him. He always had her back. When they both got drunk and tattoos, he got the state of Arizona. When they were older and realized the attraction for each other, both were terrified it would ruin their friendship and denied it for some time. But it was too strong to deny for long.

I loved all the drama in this story. Just enough angst but not too much. Perfectly wonderful!

FORGET YOU RACHEL
This was the perfect extended Epilogue for Forget You Ethan and completed this wonderful story, tying up some loose ends and giving us more insight into their high school senior year and prom night. Also them figuring out their career choices and navigating (a little sea pun there) their relationship. Perfection is all I can say about this!

SINCERELY, ARIZONA
This wonderful extended Epilogue gives us a little more of Arizona and Carter, figuring out their lives, career choices, relationship, and Paris. So sweet, but I still crave more!!!

***ARC received in exchange of an honest opinion***

SINCERELY, CARTER REVIEW:

As usual with Whitney G´s books, Sincerely Carter is filled with angst and I loved every minute of that.
This was a more of a "sweet" story, but with enough angst to make it the kind I love.

Carter and Arizona have been BFFs since they were little and I loved the tension between them. This is also a slow burn romance and I always appreciate that.

Carter is the perect conceited and cocky hero (yes, I love those), but he always has had a soft spot for Ari and it shows.

I'm glad I finanlly read this one!

SINCERELY, ARIZONA REVIEW:

Sincerely, Arizona is the perfect conclusion to Sincerely, Carter. It's the epilogue we definitely needed after finishing the first book. I definitely dig Carter and Arizona, they´re such a perfect couple together!

Once again, Whitney G gives us more angst in a short story than most authors give us in entire books and I LOVE that!

FORGET YOU, ETHAN REVIEW:

Forget You, Ethan was a very good read, that I enjoyed immensely. I wish some things were done differently, but it did entertain me and I enjoyed reading it. I like Ethan and how he appears to be such a jerk, but in fact, has a big heart.

FORGET YOU, RACHEL REVIEW:

Forget You, Rachel (just like Sincerely, Arizona) is the perfect epilogue for the Rachel and Ethan's story. Specially after the way it ended in the first book, it's everything we needed and didn't even know.

It was a great conclusion to their story!

Friends to Lovers

From the beginning to the end, I loved it! I loved how the writer went back and forth with Ari and Carter in grade school, and the present. I've read a few friends to lovers books, but this one is my fave thus far.

The characters are likable and funny. There is no cheating (thank God). Some writers think they have to add this type of conflict to make the story better or more believable. Thank you, Whitney for keeping this sweet.

”You belong to me, Ari, and you always will… You’re more than ‘just’ my best friend, and I never want to be ‘just friends’ again."

This was pretty good. The story jumped back and forth from college to them growing up next door from one another. Ethan could be really harsh at times. But he could also be very sweet every once in awhile.

4 stars for Sincerely, Carter... I am head over heels for Carter and Arizona! I love their friendship as kids and their relationship as it blossoms into adulthood! I actually enjoyed the childhood stories more than the more modern scenes, but that's just because they were so cute and made me laugh out loud until I cried sometimes. I can not wait to read Arizona's extended Epilogue next!! Highly recommend this one!

5 Stars for Sincerely, Arizona...OMGosh! I adored Carter and Arizona before, but now I am just so bummed their story is over! I loved Arizona's extended epilogue and am so grateful to G for writing it so we could get some closure on the whole friends-to-lovers duo! Moving, genuine, and well written, this might be my favorite Whitney G couple yet!!

2 Stars for Forget You, Ethan... I absolutely loved Carter and Arizona and their playful enemies to lovers, and I expected to feel the exact same about Ethan and Rachel because I love G's storylines and writing ability. I totally did feel the same about Ethan and loved his warm, snarky, thoughtful, loving personality even if he was "the enemy". Where I struggled with this one was Rachel. The story kept calling her "hot-headed" and "emotionally driven," but I honestly just couldn't stand her. She was whiney, selfish and self-centered, driven by pride, and extremely immature in my opinion. If things didn't go how she planned or if she didn't know all the details up front, then she threw a huge ass fit and made major life decisions and relationship destroying statements just to purposely hurt people because they had "hurt" her. She also lied on the regular about stupid shit to save face and look cooler than she was. Telling a flirty untruth because you know the other person knows and you are just poking them is one thing, like "am I the best you've ever had?..."Nah, I've had better" However, Rachel lied about anything and everything and would only tell the truth if she was caught or forgot her lie and had to confess after saying something contrary. So while I enjoyed the story idea, the Semester at Sea concept, and Ethan's part of this story and I truly adore Whitney G's world-building and character development, this heroine just wasn't for me and I feel like she brought the story down.

2Stars Forget You, Rachel...I honestly felt like this was just a continuation of how Rachel threw fits and got her way. I truly can't stand the girl and wish Ethan had a better heroine because he truly made this book worth the 2 stars and deserved so much better.

But I would KU this again just for Carter and Arizona...

This secret book was an ADORABLE read! A gem! It's beautiful and a enjoyable read.

"Carter is . . . My god I wanted to go back in time and find me a best friend since fourth grade, fifth grade, fourth grade like him!

Arizona was funny. She reminded me ( sometimes ) of a certain girl I knew when i was in high school. *coughs* I need to send my past self a letter.

The letters, emails and note-passing! Hilarious! Yup, I wanted to be in school so bad. I really miss the note-passing. The new generation doesn't even know what they are missing. I love technology, but the thrill of not being caught by the teacher when passing those notes, that was priceless!

Review for Forget You, Ethan

This book was written for us. The kinda girls others think they are weird. the kinda girls loving the Marvel and DC comics and have no problem playing with boy's toys. If you were like me and had a friend, when you were a child, that hated, but wanted to do everything with him because you didn't realized you were falling in love.

Believe it: THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU AND YOU WILL LOVE IT

Thank you so much for this story Whitney G.

I will Sincerely never Forget these books!

Sincerely, Carter

Oh yes, he did

Best friends FOREVER, Arizona and Carter are always fielding questions about their relationship. Until one day, they are thinking the same thing as everyone else...Why haven't we? Why haven't I realized how hot...And the list goes on.

When your best friend becomes more everything changes, or does it

I refuse to spoil it but you might need tissues.

Forget You, Ethan

Whitney G does it again!

This enemies to lovers story has a unique twist! Sworn childhood enemies...
The arch nemesis to superhero.
Oil to water.
Orange juice and toothpaste.
Ethan and Rachel.

They should be a household hashtag. I'm sure at this point they are. I'm just really late to the party!

I "tripped down the stairs" for these two. Guess I should have checked my shoelaces before embarking on this voyage. Who knew it would be so dangerous, having a sworn enemy and all!

These two are ruthless in their quest to maintain their true sworn enemies pact. Except for when they aren't! This highly romantic, wonderful whirlwind romance is everything the hopeless romantic could wish for! Except a secret baby, there isn't one of those...yet!

Ethan and Rachel will capture your heart, steal your sense of revenge, and capitalize on your own person need for "justice". May the odds be ever in your favor!

I got two of my all time favorites in one volume. Yeah me!

Review for‘Sincerely, Carter’:

Gripping....

I love everything about this book. Well, almost everything. As soon as Carter made up his mind to take things further with Arizona, there was no stopping him. I love that about this story. The drop of 1 star was what happened towards the ending. It was rushed and wrapped up too hastily. How Dean was treated was tasteless. That was not good. The twist when it came was handled well, the resolve however was just not convincing.

This was too good a story to end like that. That aside it is a very good read.

Review for ‘Forget You, Ethan’:
Those two Together.....

Ethan and Rachel were hilarious when they were younger, and it only gets worse as they got older. If only they knew the implications of their actions. Hate is akin to love guys. Yep. They did get together and am happy it didn’t take them long.

The side story of her dad I wish had been resolved differently though. It’s okay. We can’t all get our wishes. Good story, good feelings. Reminds me of Carter and Natalie. Almost similar, but different.

*Gifted an ARC by the author for a honest review. I read the two books separately already, and these were my reviews from then. Totally unbiased*

Sincerely, Carter - 5 stars

I loved this book! Carter and Arizona are just so cute together. But Carter did a big no-no and I understand why he did it, but the execution could have been better. I did love that Arizona gave Carter a "taste" of how she felt. I hope we get more :)

Forget You, Ethan - 4.5 stars

4.5 stars

This is a frenemies to lovers novella.

Ethan and Rachel has a very interesting introduction when they were kids and odd connection continued throughout their lives. I really loved how much Ethan and Rachel “hated” each other but still cared for one another when it really counted. Ethan was a jerk yet totally swoon worthy and his actions were majorly hot once he realized his feelings for Rachel.

I loved everything about this book but there were a few things I wanted more information. 1) What happened to Greg? and 2) why did Penelope never write back to Rachel?

I can’t wait to read Forget You, Rachel

A friends to lovers’ story between Carter and Arizona. They knew each other as children - Carter teased and she hated him til they became best friends that stood loyally beside each other no matter what. Although, their relationship is personal and loyal it has always been platonic. Both have serious relationship issues. Carter hasn’t had a relationship longer than a few months and Arizona hides behind her work. Captivating read - loved it.

I wrote individual reviews on the stories included here. Whitney G has a real talent to write new adult stories of friends to lovers or frenemies to lovers. Both main stories included here are slow burn, hot and sweet. The writer has a way of making you emotionally invested in the characters and then you can’t stop reading. I highly recommend this book that is also a bargain because you get two titles in one.

You always hear about best friends from young till you are older, opposite sex, and all. What happens when one or both start to see each other in a different light? Carter and Arizona were just that, now line has been crossed, can they stay friends, or more? Or will it be ruined forever? Beautiful story! Loved it💖

Liked it except for the last part.

When h confessed she loves H but he said they were just friends and it was all sex to get her to stay and study in France. Did he think the girl will understand and stay friends after he broke her heart? He had it coming when she brought a new bf back. Poor Sean got caught up in their drama.
