Great read-aloud story to end the school year. Kids will laugh throughout this story. The illustrations are outstanding and hilarious. I love that the main character is featured with braces on her legs. It is very inclusive and that is great. Kids will enjoy this one for sure! Highly recommended for Grades K-3.

A sweet and amusing book. Perhaps it is unlikely to make it to "class favourite" status, but it could be a nice way to end a school term or year.

Bringing a dragon to school on the last day can have catastrophic results. Sometimes dragons should stay home and the last day of school is one of them.

It's funny. It's kind of ridiculous, too.

But what else would you expect of a story with this hilarious title, "Do Not Bring Your Dragon to the Last Day of School"?

I was expecting more of a funny story, but I didn't find any humor in it. Overall, an okay book.

It's the last day of school, and one student wants to bring her Dragon, but as dragons go, they can get a tad bit excited, and become disruptive as events happen to celebrate the final day before Summer vacation. This humorous, colorful, rhyming tale explains why it may be a good idea to leave your dragon at home.

Humorous look at the possible disasters that can happen if your dragon comes along on the last day of school. Readers see the expected scenarios plus a few they may not have thought about. A surprise ending when we see who wanted to bring the dragon along.
