This book is an easy read. While I did not find that any of the information that was contained in the book was something new that I did not know, it is a great compilation and gentle reminder of what one not only needs to do, but should do when at work and dealing with people.
Whole lot of antiquated ideas, but I’m sure they still work. The ideas don’t incorporate the internet, social media or any aspect of today’s technology.
