I loved this book because I love texas History and it talks about people and places I know. My Mom's family was Swedish. They settled here in the Austin area in 1871.

Great book especially if you have Swedish Texan history. It's a amazing thinking of life 100+ years ago and Larry Scott helps. Easy, fluid read with well placed historic pictures.
