The opening of this book hooked me right away. The pacing was intense all the way through, from the suspense to the romance. The heroine is strong and smart. The hero is fighting for an excellent cause, and even though these two seem to be on opposite sides, their passion can't be denied. They are both admirable and the story is gripping from beginning to end.

Simply put a page turner from start to finish. The story moves along a brisk pace while keeping you wondering about the outcome. The characters are alive and energetic, making it impossible to not empathize with them. The intense action right out of the gate gets your blood racing and its obvious the author is either well researched or very familiar with the area because the entire book is very authentic. A must read book. ...more
