This is a premium priced book on Amazon as compared to e-myth, which did set my expectations that this book would be highly specialised.
Now since it uttered the same generalised principles in this book again, it ended up being a disappointment.
It was hard to connect from the very start, and the relevance was just not there.

This is the kind of real estate book I hate.

It’s big on touchy feely do this general type of this for success and low on actual action plan.

I mean. I get it, but It’s not really useful.

There’s a few good nuggets that keep me from giving it a one and I generally like a rah rah book every so often but I feel like it was a bit of a waste of time.
