Even better Than the First Book

I am really enjoying these books. Book 2 (Chaos) was even better than the first one. I can’t wait to read more of the books in the series. I think Mark Luken has told a zombie apocalypse story with characters who are real. I had never Read a book where the main character was an addict.

Supernatural living zombies

Well written story with an interesting Stephen Kingesque supernatural twist. It was an enjoyable read. With, unlike other self published books, well edited and proper chapters.

Better than the First One!

This 2nd book in the series is the best so far. The story is ramping up, getting more exciting (and scary) with the introduction of a new character. Already ordered Book 3. This tale gives a different perspective of the “ripper” pandemic and widens the lens on what’s happening across the country. The role of the mysterious blind woman remains unknown, but anticipating all will be revealed. This is a fun read, but know there’s a bit of gore and suspense. A solid entry fo

This follows a character that was not in book one, though there seems to be a psychic tie-in of some kind. I did like the first book a little better, but also found this one interesting. Josh is not a former military guy, hero etc but struggles with bad choices in his past. Nevertheless, he is able to survive. I am curious how the next book will blend the story lines from the first two books.

Very good! Keep reading. I'm on book 4 of the series. I like that each book is about a different person and then they should all meet up in book 4. ...more

Utterly Unnerving

The characters are fascinating. Not perfect and not all heroic, which makes them very believable. Can’t wait to read the next book.
