My God, where did the creativity of these women go ?! When it's a thing, it's another! This one?! Same as always (again). "I love her, but my soul is dark so I can kiss her but I'm going to fuck other women so she can hate me and make her soul as dark as mine!"🤮🤮🤮 Oh please give me a break!! This misogynistic bullshit is ridiculous! "I always protected and loved her from afar i.e, if any men approached her I would threaten them while I fucked around"🙄🤦‍♀️🤮So of course she remains a virgin and un ...more

I enjoyed this book so much!

I really like this lassie. Even though she feels vulnerable and lost in this world she is still feisty and does not go down without a fight.

I felt so bad for her throughout this book. Her’s has not been an easy life. Her mother walked out on her when she was very young and her father wasn’t a good gu

This is a very quick dark romance ... truth is it was great. Too bad the beginning didn’t make sense?

I’d actually love it if the author answers this for me cause I’m so confused. (Warning spoilers ahead).

In the beginning, Prince actually hits her and then his henchmen Marcus (breaks her ribs) and Declan hits her quite a few times too.

Now it’s weird because once you get to the end and you know that Prince did it all for her, you’re kinda like ... if he’s loved her this whole time why would he h

It's only my second book of ravens that I've read and shes vastly becoming one of my favourite authors, it's like she knows exactly what I love to read.

This is a new to me author. I really enjoyed Owned by Him. The story and plot were great. The writing style left a little to be desired. I think sometimes she was just writing words to fill the space. Also needs proofreading. Not sure if I'll pick up another book by Raven Amoe. We'll have to see. ...more

It’s written in dual POV, her characters clash between the early years as Lilliana and Malachi faced off against each other. Lilliana in her feminine perspective ....Malachi’s was brusque, masculine and always alpha.

Lilliana has been blindsided, her life changing forever within the blink of an eye. We are with her as memories of the past assault her mind, the growing up with her brother, and his best friend, the handsome young Malachi...her prince, and her devotion to him. Until it died along wi

Raven Amor is a new to me author and I have to say that I'm really happy to have found her! Owned by Him is a dark mafia romance. Take the dark label seriously as this book has quite a few triggers. Raven Amor created a dark and dangerous world full of suspense, mystery and betrayal. Lillian is such a strong heroine you can really root for. She is definitely taken advantage of by those meant to protect her, and my heart broke for her throughout the book. Malachi is dark, mysterious and hot af. H ...more

*First time reading author

Owned by Him is a mystery of who is working with who and why what happened happened. Lilliana is a sweet girl that has had a horrible deck of cards given to her, her whole life. A bad father, mother and the only saving grace is her brother and his best friend.

Hayden and Malachi are best friends and when sh*t hits the fan between them Malachi goes away and Lilliana has nobody but her father, which isn't saying much. Just when all seems lost Malachi shows up and makes Li

Loved this twisted, messed up story!!!

This book was twisted, totally messed up and I loved every single word of it!!! Some content may be triggering to some readers, so just keep that in mind. If you're like me and love everything dark, twisted and messed up, this book is perfect for you.

Lilliana has had a strange relationship with Malachi since she was a kid. She swore to him when she was eight that she would marry him, at sixteen she swore she loved him. At twenty-three she swears she hates h

I loved Owned by Him by Raven Amor and gave it 4.5 stars.

"The once grey walls are now covered in graffiti, as if I’m following some screwed up yellow brick road that’s leading me home".

This book was everything that was promised to me.

This was an interesting read for me. Just like most books for me if I could review in parts I would. Author warn that there are parts that can be disturbing to few so anything that can trigger you with aggressive behavior or hitting should not read this book.

With that being said, for the most part I really liked this book and the storyline, the moment the story started it had me hooked and pulled in. As the author gave us PO

Out of the dark comes the light

I enjoyed this. Dark, full of secrets and lies but when the truth finally came out, you could see the light at the end of the tunnel for Lilliana and Malachi. I'll admit, I had a hard time finding anything redeeming about him in the first half of the book but when we finally got his full POV, I understood.

If you dark, twisted and dangerous romances, give this one a shot.

Loved it! Had me in tears a few times but absolutely loved it ❤ go lilianna you strong beautiful girl! Xxx
The blurb had me intrigued in this book but unfortunately the novel itself was a letdown & I ended up DNF-ing it at 45% for A LOT of different reasons.

Content warning for both the book & my review as I'll be discussing Ephebophilia, physical assault, and abusive relationships which have been depicted in the novel.

There will be spoilers for the first 45% of the book.

Right off the bat, I did not like the relationship between Lillianna & Malachi.

The fact that he met her when she was eight and he w

I really wanted to like this book. I struggle with everything done to Lily. Her father's betrayal, the way she paid the price, I could get that. What I can't get past is how vicious Malachi, Declan and Marcus treated her. Marcus and Declan physically beat her and Malachi allowed it. Going as far as breaking ribs and laughing. That along with everything else Malachi did to her is enough to say no thank you! She just forgives all of it? Yeah, domestic violence is Never okay and is a big no for

A Dark Romance that held me in its’ thrall.

Wow. Who is Raven Amor, and where has she been hiding? This is the first book of hers that I’ve read, and she just blindsided me, and took me for the ride of my life.

It’s written in my favourite dual POV, and I loved the way her characters clashed between the early chapters as Lilliana and Malachi faced off against each other. Lilliana’s longer and in her feminine perspective while Malachi’s was short and brusque, masculine and alpha.

This is the story of Lilliana Parker and Malachi Kingston, aka the Dark Prince, or ruler of London’s underground.

Poor Lilliana, oh dear my heart just about broke for her from chapter one. What she goes through time after time just isn’t fair. She pulls on her inner strength so often but there comes a time when even the strongest question how much more they can tolerate. I was totally blown away by her character, her ability to love and her depth of understanding for others.

A story full of suspense, strength, unconditional love, and twists.

Lilliana has lost one very important man in her life. Now she only has her father left and even though he’s not father of the year material, he’s still her father and she would do anything for him. Unfortunately for her, that’s about to be tested. There have been three men who have meant anything to Lilliana in her life, and she is about to be reunited with one of them. Too bad she hates him and wants nothing to do with him.

I don't know how to review this story since while I loved one thing, I despised so many more things. That being said, I couldn't not read it, so that's why I did end up giving it 4 stars after a cool minute thinking about it. Now, Lillianna is the one major things I LOVED about this story. The poor girl had nothing good going in her life, and yet, she wasn't completely broken either, instead didn't go down with a fight. Her mother died with she was young, her older brother who she was close to a ...more

Fab read!

This is a book that encapsulates the blurred line between love and hate. A dark romance that, like Lilliana, had me unsure about Malachi at times. Lilliana’s life hasn’t been the best; a father that doesn’t care for her, a brother that was her everything and her naive love of a man that is shattered.

With an allusion to the fairy tale of Beauty and the Beast, we are taken on a highly emotional and twisted story of love, loss and betrayal. Misplaced loyalties that could cost Lilliana an

I LOVED everything about this book. Malachi is the dark prince we've all dreamt of at some point. He's ruthless, determined and pure alpha delight. And Lilliana isn't the sweet innocent girl I thought she was.

The two of them are perfect together and their fights are like fuel to the fire that consumes them in an inevitable passion.

Loved Lillianna and Malachi’s story. I had my kindle in a death grip from start to finish. It was dark, twisted and full of jaw dropping moments. That had me not believing what was happening, as the story unfolds.

This book it definitely not for the faint hearted. Can’t wait to read more by this author in the future

This book will take you on a roller-coaster of a ride!
I literally could NOT put this book down, maybe because it was so good, I couldn't find a good place to put it down?
This book made my eyes do that water thing, but in the end they say is well ends well!
