Excellent. Easy to read considering the content involved extremely difficult and emotional experiences. I would recommend this book for anyone who is going through a trying times.

This book will enlighten you on what it means to have faith, and keep your eyes on the big picture,

Dr. Egli Colón Stephens is clearly a woman of faith and has been since before she was handed the journey of walking her daughter through cancer. She remains grounded in her faith and serves as a beautiful example as to what kind of miracles can happen when we surrender our situation to God and allow the divine to live in us. There was very little editing done on a majority of the journal entries collected throughout their years battling cancer and that was intentional on the part of the author. ...more

Unbroken is a book about a mothers faith and love that can't be shaken or broken no matter what the diagnosis is. It's about a child who becomes sick and about a mother who refuses to give up and is determine to walk her child through the fire. I experienced such a fire with my own child and know when you come out, everyone has a lesson that was learned, everyone has a message to share.
