Shelves: biography
Although I've classed this book as biography it is more a literary biography than a personal one. If you've read some Graves, liked it and want more, this is a very good survey of his body of literature up to the late seventies. The author, Katherine Snipes, is critically appreciative of Graves, freely interjecting her own opinions when they are at variance to those expressed by the great man, most often in reference to literary stylistics and education.
