Sam has a big secret that she’s scared to share with her class, but with the help of Johnathan James and the Whatif Monster, she is able to think of all the silly, even crazy positive whatifs that could happen. When she tells the class, some students are even able to relate to her!
My 4 year old daughter, Allison, was so excited to hear her name in this book! The illustration of Allison even slightly resembles her! It’s so important for kids to feel represented in books, and Michelle does a great job as an illustrator and author to do this!

A sweet book following the theme of turning whatifs into something better with the help of the loveable Whatif Monster. I would recommend reading with kids, especially those struggling with fear or anxiety.
