This book has so much to offer! It has everything a football fan needs... match action, club rivalry, modern football politics, try outs, tackles, tricks and goals. It has everything for children growing up in these modern times... positive role models, women in football, respect, mental well being, good work ethic, education, aspiration. Tom Palmer weaves all of this together with friendship, family and a great little plot. Everything we expect from a Tom Palmer book.
It doesn't follow on from the old versions... but does contain believable storylines and believable characters.

Really good to see Tromso in a story, with excellent plot advances and character development, especially with Rocky. Smart and readable.
