Darkness. Despair. Death.
The repertoire of vampires and dragons precede them.
Enter worlds blanketed in terror and turmoil with characters struggling for survival. Dragon shifters are hunted, truces are broken, families are slaughtered, and ritualistic sacrifices are common. In the darkness, seeds of romance manage to blossom along with hope for better lives.

If vampires and dragons are your thing, this is an absolute must. Actually, this short story collection is pretty much a must full-stop. Throughout the volume are many varied, vivid, gripping, gruesome, romantic, and riveting tales of bloodsuckers and fire breathers.
All the stories are good, but I want to give a special shout-out to JE Feldman (apocalyptic, atmospheric, and action-packed), as well as AM Cummins, Sofi LaPorte, Ximena Escobar, Zoey Xolton, and Galina Trefil (the latter of which c ...more

IMPRESSIVE! A great book to hold, read and smell, which I wanted more of! But... I simply hate star ratings. Book experiences can be more or less amazing for completely different reasons! However, 4 stars/I really liked it, is a fair representation of my feeling when I finished reading this HUGE anthology.

It’s anyone’s guess, but it will certainly be a fight worth watching. And where do humans fit into this equation? As friends, foes, or a

Dragons and vampires and monsters... OH MY
This is a great anthology that I had the pleasure to be a part of. As the name implies, each story will feature at least one dragon and one vampire. But other than that, the authors had complete freedom to interpret said creatures.
All this created an anthology where no two stories are exactly alike. While all of them are fantastic and well-written, I give special props to Vonnie Winslow Crist "The Hearth Dragon" and Galina Trefil's "Blood and the Balaur ...more

Nearly every story is AMAZING!!! I particularly liked "Quitting Relentlessly" by RAO Laster and "Requiem of Solitude" by KN Nguyen. Lots of different stories--really interesting
