I loved the first 3 installment of this series. The plot was rolling, the characters were intresting...untill book 4. There when things get a bit more superficial, but i shurged it off and said let's see the next one.
Well it's disapointing at least...
First Lucas, who claims thet he can manage by himself, but up untill now, we don't see nothing like that statement to be true. He relies on Konstantin all the time, and even on a support of an 11 year old girl, that we know that she is more then 11, but Lucas does not! Than in this book he became the blushing virgin who very easily accept all the "gifts" that he recieves, and doesn't seem to bother him Arsene's not so subtile hints that he is Konstantins kept boy. So yeah ... all lip work
Then there is Konstantin who is this fierce vampire, who fears no one, but in this book him also became a very superficial character, when he grants Arsene the right to invite any one he please into Dyavol. To a known enemy, who wants to kill his Sire ... right .
The dialogue became shallow. And between ...? To repetitive ...
I'm sorry for this series bcs it had potentionals for an amazing story, but at this point i can't see myself to continue reading it.
I thank the author for the effort and hard work put into this books!
