Since I began playing ROBLOX with my grand-daughter a couple of years ago, I was delighted to find The Ultimate Roblox Handbook : Packed Full of Pro Tricks, Tips and Secrets for the Best Roblox Games! by Kevin Pettman on the shelves of our library consortium. However, the contents were not quite what I expected and that could be because I am far from a pro but it seemed to contain no more than descriptions of the games themselves in a rather clever format. What I did discover though was that ROBLOX has the game, Escape Room, that is very popular with young people and focuses on the development of problem solving.

Since my son is paying his way through college by working for a Roblox creator company, I thought I better become more familiar with the software. I've had an account for years, since my son was little and wanted me to have fun too, but I admit, I have not used it in a long time, and am pretty clueless.
This book, intended for kids but works for clueless adults too, provides a brief over view of the Roblox world, what's in it and suggestions for using it.
If you are a parent and want to understand your kids a bit more, or you want play yourself, I recommend this title.
