First of a mini series which was gifted to me (thank you AP), I thoroughly enjoyed it! I do like her writing style, almost like having a conversation with a motivating and inspiring friend. Very straight to the point and the passion is infectious! Doing the exercises are a must which she does emphasise. I have already started the conversation not only with myself but with those around me, dreaming big is underrated and has a sense of fluff around it, but Karlsson has definitely changed that perception for me... very simply put, just like meditation and yoga, dreaming should become a daily practise.

I was gifted this book as part of a lovely set and finally decided to read it as I have an interest in self improvement books.
Whilst the book did have some good ideas about the importance of following your dreams and bringing them into reality (essentially manifestation), it did seem to repeat itself a lot for such a short read.
I do recommend this book for people just beginning to explore their dreams.
My only issue was it was a bit commercialised at points and felt like an advertisement for the author, their company and following books.
Overall, a decent read 3/5.
