I never should have gone commando in that dress.

I'm almost positive the rest of it wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been dangling off a hotel balcony with my lady parts in the breeze. And of course the one person to witness my mortification had to be HIM. Camden Cox.

Sure, today he's gorgeous and wealthy, and fine, I can admit he has a great sense of humor. But once upon

This was a really fun and cute romcom that I definitely enjoyed. It's hard not to be cliché in romance novels, but I feel like one thing Claire Kingsley does well is create scenes that feel unique and aren't just repeats from other books.

THE MEET CUTE WAS really hilarious 😂 It was absolutely ridiculous... but Sophie is kind of a walking disaster so it felt appropriate for her character

Sophie was attending a gala for her boss since he was staying home with his pregnant wife. It isn't bad enough that she was dodging Dr. Handsy Perv, but the woman who rescued her wanted her to join her and her husband were a threesome and drugs. Why do these things always happen to her? Her only escape route is over the balcony. Luckily, she was on the 2nd floor and there were spare sheets. She thought her day couldn't get any worse and then a stranger caught her climbing down and could clearly ...more

Marrying Mr. Wrong is live and I'm so excited to share this book with you! This is totally the hot romantic comedy we all need right now.

Cox is cocky and SO charming, but adorkable hot mess Sophie throws him completely off his game. It's a sexy, feel-good read with plenty of heat and a happily ever after ending that will melt your heart.

Did I mention it's hot? You've been warned!

This is how a romcom novel should be done, I couldn't stop laughing and smiling the entire book. I am always in awe with the worlds Claire creates because they are so good. Especially how she can weave all of her characters together seamlessly and then tie in small parts of other series making it seam effortless.

Marrying Mr. Wrong focuses on Sophie Abbott who is known for her caring personality and her uncanny ability to trip over air. She is a breath of fresh air for the Dirty Martini Running

I needed to relieve some stress and kick back, find a funny, raunchy, mind-numbing novel and forget the world for a bit.
This one did the trick, folks. Sophie and Camden were hilarious - and so sweet together!
Sophie is a lovable clutz, tripping over her own shadow - each face plant was sheer slapstick comedy, but she was always such a good sport about it. I loved Sophie's rough but loyal father and Camden's tell it like it is mother.
The back story was very good, and the sizzling good times were a

Just like with every book Claire Kingsley writes - she knocked it out of the park with the third book in the Dirty Martini Running Club Series!! And it was sooo good to visit familiar characters ❤️
Sophie - assistant to Shepherd Calloway (hero in the first book) - has a dad who wants to set her up with anyone he comes across that may be able to take care of her - his doctor, handyman, random guy at the diner, etc., is an accident waiting to happen just walking through life, and has a ton of bills

THANK YOU ROMANCE GODDESSES (and Claire Kingsley) for making me love a book again!! Hallelujah!! I've been in the biggest book slump ever, but this little gem was so hilarious and sweet and sexy and swoony, and holy alliteration, it was just PERFECT.

Sophie is officially my soulmate. (Sorry husband of mine!) She's beautiful, curry, hilarious, real, so fucking clumsy and adorable, and is this contradiction of a sexpot while being slightly awkward, and I just adore her. I want to keep her as my ow

I absolutely loved this book. Sophie and Cox wake up in Vegas after a wild night to discover that they are married. This book is written in first person from a dual POV.

Sophie is clumsy, and a bit of a hot mess at times, but she has a heart of solid gold. She is smart, kind, dependable, and has sound instincts which serve her well as the assistant of the stoic Shepherd Calloway. I love that she rolls with whatever comes her way. And what comes her way is often both funny and a bit disastrous. So

From the beginning to the end, this book was completely brilliant. The story definitely tickles your funny bone and you’ll fall in love with the accident prone, quirky Sophie and the charming, out of his element Cox. Completely worth losing sleep over.

Sophie is wonderful, clumsy, beautiful, loving and kind.
Cox is the confirmed bachelor that she knew in childhood by his tendency to pull her hair.
This story is absolutely delightful.
I found myself crying with joy at the end.
Another winner in the Dirty Martini Running Club.

Another brilliant addition to the Dirty Martini Running Club by Claire Kingsley! Sophie Abbott, hot mess extraordinaire, is an absolute delight. She's "ruffled but plucky" and you can't help but love "every sweet, smiling, clumsy, hot mess, golden-curled bit of her". Her goodness shines except in the bedroom where she's a little bit naughty. ;)

Our cocky, alpha hero - Camden Cox - crushed on Sophie when he was 11 and after seeing her climb out a window to avoid a very "Sophie situation", realized

Sophie is the best friend I need in real life. She's alarmingly cute, quirky and a bit of a clutz. You can help but fall in love with her. At first I was expecting Cox to be one of those rich jerks, but he changed my mind almost immediately. I loved that these two had a childhood history albeit brief. I loved hanging out with the other Running club ladies, and the 2 husbands. But we also got another character to fall in love with, Oliver! This accidental marriage is full of twists, turns, surpri ...more

Review Take Two -
Claire Kingsley offers up a quirky and cute romance for those who love the 'ones that got away and I am glad they did.' Fans of her storytelling will be happy to dive into an entertaining read featuring favorite characters from her Dirty Martini series. Sophie is an oft overly clumsy assistant who meets childhood nemesis turned rich-dude hottie, Camden. One drunk night an

I thoroughly enjoyed this delightful romantic comedy by Claire Kingsley.

Sophie and Camden have an epic night in they can barely remember. But one thing that becomes clear is that they got married. Will they stay married or divorce? The story delves into their marriage and how the get to know one another and fall in love.

The story was cute and had funny moments. I like Claire Kingsley’s writing style. This book is part of a series and does feature characters from previou

100 Stars!

I just LOVE Sophie! She's such an adorable hot mess walking, or maybe tripping is the better way to describe her. Not only is walking with tripping an issue, but she somehow ends up in some hysterically awkward situations, starting with chapter 1. But she has this way of seeing the silver lining that makes you giggle groan when she finds herself in a pickle waiting to see how she reacts. And then there's Cox. He's all that and he knows it, but Sophie definitely cuts his ego quotient d

The Dirty Martini girls are back! This time we get to focus on Sophie. Sweet and clumsy, she is not quite as forward as the other girls. Even simple things like putting on panties can accidentally slip her mind. Starting this book we are immediately dropped into what its like to be Sophie. Not just her own mishaps but the incredible, hilarious, unlikely things that happen TO Sophie.

Camden was good. He’s very reminiscent of Shep (book 1) and Weston (Book Boyfriends 3). Broody, alpha, always lusti

I loved this book from start to finish. It’s a story written with love and all the feels a good romcom needs!

Sophie is a curvy, clumsy young lady, and she is single, afterall who would want her the way she is. Cox is a successful business man, he has worked his way up from nothing, and when he helps Sophie out of an compromising situation he is smitten by her, but she ran away!

Cox has a business meeting with Mr Calloway in Vegas, and Sophie is there for work and pleasure with her girlfriends. On

Usually when I finish a book the story doesn't leave any residual effects behind. On the other hand this one gifted me so many happy tears because let's face it this story was really mindblowing. Sophie is such an adorable girl, someone you can't help loving thanks to her kind heart and clumsiness. Cox is the ultimate cocky bastard with a passionate soul. I. Love. Sophie. She is a curvy, clumsy heroine who manages to find herself in precarious situations but in this case, forgetting her panties at a work function worked out for her! Cox is a hero with no intention of getting serious until the right woman quite literally fell into his arms. I always love to check in with characters from previous books and I especially loved Corban and Shepherd showing up to be the big brothers Sophie never had. Marrying Mr. Wrong is book 3 in the Dirty Martini Running Club series, but can be read as a standalone.
Sophie Abbott is a sweet, lovable heroine with a predisposition to trip over thin air. Her adorable clumsiness is just one of her attributes you’re gonna fall in love with.
While in Vegas on a business trip/girls weekend with her boss and her best friends, she accidentally marries Camden Cox, her childhood nemesis.

Marrying Mr. Wrong is Rom-Com perfection! It's the third book in Dirty Martini Running Club series about four girlfriends who each find love. I adored Faking Mrs. Right (Everly Dalton and Shepherd Calaway) and Falling for My Enemy (scientists Hazel Kiegen and Corbin Nash) and couldn’t wait to get my hands on Sophie’s story. Even though this is part of a series it is a total standalone if you want to jump right in!

Oh my God! This story was freakin' funny and hella hot! It was an absolutely fantastic read!

”I have to wind up hanging off a second-story balcony with my hoo-ha in the breeze while my childhood bully sees everything under my skirt.”

It’s been about half an hour since I finished Marrying Mr Wrong, and all I can think is “how are all of the men in this series so adorable?” Seriously. From reoccurring adorableness of “big-brother” Shepard (now with Corban!) and coworker Steve and his cat to new adorableness of Oliver, Mel, limo driver J.J. and, yes, even Mr Wrong.

Of course, Sophie doesn’t see how adorable Mr Wrong—I mean Cox—is at first. How adorable can a man be if he’s looking up your skirt while you’re hanging from a balcon

I knew I would laugh from the first chapter...first page but I didn’t expect to be crying blissful tears with Sophie and Cox. 2021 Book of the Year Right here!

This is just a very comical light hearted book right here, it takes away a few hours of this crap Covid life and makes it better.

Sophia is just a sweetheart, clumsy but full of life. She takes care of her dad who is a charmer trying to fix her up with any guy he can. Then here comes Cox the "suit" and a vegas night changes things or does it?

Accidental marriage perfection! The opening chapter and meet-cute of Marrying Mr. Wrong had me in stitches: Sophie is rappelling out of a hotel room balcony with a bedsheet after getting herself in a bit of a pickle when a hot dude comes to her rescue. But she's not wearing any panties. And the hot dude is Camden Cox, the grown-up version of the boy who used to pull her pigtails in 7th grade. Talk about awkward! But that's not even the half of it because a few days later, Sophie wakes up in bed ...more

This book is just so delightful and I really didn’t want it to end. Sophie and Cox’s chemistry and energy had me smiling through every page.

After meeting Sophie in the previous Dirty Martini Running Club books I was curious as to who would be a good match for this bubbly but clumsy girl. I really enjoyed Sophie’s self awareness and her determination.
