This book wasn't as helpful as I hoped it would be. It was mostly about all the benefits of breastfeeding, which is you are a woman in the process of creating child, you are bombarded with this info constantly. I was looking more for a tips and tricks on how to be more sucessful with the actual act of nursing.
However is was easy to ready and if you are new to pregnancy and breastfeeding it would be a good book to get you started.

This book is good, even better if it is read during pregnancy to get view abt breastfeeding. Unfortunately I got the book a day after delivering my baby & just finished it when she's been 8 months old.

My favorite chapter is on why you need rest. It's so true, and not just the part about rest. This is a sweet read, especially if you do most of your reading while you're nursing your baby.

If you were never around nursing women (or need a refresher course) this is a great introductory book - and short too.
