I'll take it out from the library again next year before Passover, but there's a high chance I might actually buy this for myself. Recipes aren't too complex and the variety is actually pretty good.

In the beginning of my catering company, I was hired to cook for an annual women’s Seder. It wasn’t held during Passover so I could experiment with all kinds of cuisines, as long as it was vegetarian. This book was purchased as a resource.
And it would be a great resource for someone who is getting ready to host their first Seder. Chapters cover things as basic as how to arrange a Seder plate, and offers several different Seder menus, as well as all the recipes you would need to get started.
