It took me less than a page to realize that I bought the wrong book. This is a low-effort attempt at capitalizing off of the name of Robert Martin's fantastic book Clean Code: A Handbook for Beginners to Learn How to Become a Better Programmer.

It reads like an article from https://simple.wikipedia.org translated into a foreign language then back to English and recited to a typist that struggles with spelling.

I figured I bought it, I might as well read it, so I skimmed and scanned through the entire book and there is nothing of substance in this book.

This book is a scam. Do not buy this book. Luckily, I got my money back.
