The book provided a great break down of the different elements of the process and explained them nicely. Excellent business book. The author doesn't just write about well known, a thousand times rehashed concepts that every other book has, in here there is actually stuff that I didn't encounter before. I am not a business expert by any stretch of imagination and I didn't have trouble understanding od following his writing. The language is clear and concise, he uses plenty of examples and studies to back up his claims and there are even visualizations and charts that are really helpful. Dynamic value chains are interesting and…well, valuable concept, I think this book is a good read for every level of business. There are not many books that are suitable for beginners and more experienced readers at the same time, but this is one of them. Worthy of recommendation, without a doubt.
