This is my go-to book for recipes that are going to turn out well and impress people. And yes, at this point I pretty much have read it cover to cover.

A lot of classic recipes like trifle, bread pudding, scones, crisp, etc. I finally found a recipe for Maritime Brown Bread.

This is a 4/5 star baking book - lots of good essential recipes, easy to follow, good illustrations. Recommend for your cookbook library

The baking book I use most..saw my Mother using it on a visit to Canada, and bought one for myself..Mother knows Best! I just love it.
