They say everything happens for a reason.
A chance encounter.
A heart stopping series of events.

An unforgettable moment with the potential to ruin Shreema’s day morphs into the beginning of a sweet journey when Major steps in and offers a hand.

There is just something about the first time that two people who are destined to be soulmates lay eyes on one other.

Prelude to more

First of all, the title sold me on the book. As a fellow member of the "blind without my glasses club", I could appreciate seeing the cover and title. Shreema and Major's brief, but unforgettable, encounter at the coffee shop set this story up nicely. That trip to the optometrist, the prices and the assistant who helped Shreema were hilarious. I can't wait to read more

Beware: Sample size

What's written is great, it's what's missing that disappointed me. It says it's a short but this was more like a "little more than a blurb featured on the author's Facebook page". This is the beginning to a story, when the review page popped up I went back to make sure this was actually the whole thing and not just the sample.

This is the beginning of something definitely good but I need the rest.

Cute Story!

Talk about a Murphy's Law day!!! Shreema was having one times 10! As bad as I felt about Shreema's glasses, I had such a good laugh at that coffee shop scene! It was like watching comedy hijinks! LOL! Very well written scene. I loved Major's compassion towards Shreema. And there were definitely sparks between the two! This was a delightful short story!

Glasses

Because I wear glasses, this story was hilarious to me. I know-how I feel about my glasses, I found myself laughing. I want to know more about Shreema and Major.
I just wish this story was a lil longer. It was so well written and I truly enjoyed it.

Cute short

Major was a stand up guy, to take charge the way he did. Poor Shreema really has bad vision, I felt bad for her. This looks like the beginning of a beautiful love story. Can't wait for the next installment!

Brief but promising!

Good short read, and even though I knew going in that it was, I wasn't prepared for how it ended. And I'm gonna assume there's more to come!

Hello new friends!

I can already see that I’m going to love The Blacks! Shreema is quirky and sweet and her cousins are spicy. I can’t wait for a full length novel.
