“From God to Us” by Maria L. Ray is the story about a woman when she had a baby in her tummy. She had the baby, and it was a baby boy. The woman loved the baby boy, and the boy started growing up. All the time the woman would tell her son that he is special and that there is no one else like him in the universe.

The boy was good and did well in school. Then when he got older, he started acting not good because other kids wouldn’t play with him

What a sweet, sweet story! Maria Ray brings her family’s story to life in this heartfelt tribute of a mother’s love.

The story begins with a woman in her pregnancy who affirms to the life inside her belly that he is a gift from God, he is very special and that there would be no one like him in the entire universe. The story goes on to follow the milestones as the son grows from being a toddler to becoming a father of his own. Through each step and life event, the mother gently conveys her love to

Heart touching.

This is a heart touching story with a very good message, that we are all special and there is no other like us in the universe. My 13 year old daughter and I both read it and feel that although the message is great, it might be a little too much for a younger child. The title is a little misleading as it doesn't really talk about God, but with that said, this book would be good for all God believing religions not necessarily just Christians. worth the read.

This was an inspirational story. A short read that shows us that nourishing our children is important. I really enjoyed this reminder of how important and precious our children are. It truly is a blessing and reward. This is a great book for everyone: parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, teachers, coaches, neighbors, etc. it takes a community to embrace our children and invest in them. We need to get back to family.

A children's book was not the right outlet

1. For a book called "From God to Us" I almost expected more than one line about God
2. The structure of the story almost makes it seem like it's the son's fault he got hit by a car and his mother is the saintly victim.
3. The image of a bloody wreck victim is not appropriate for younger ages.
4. The art was nice though

This is the cutest little story and I will likely buy a solid copy in the future. (I won the ebook in a giveaway)
