Most people don't think of Los Angeles as a literary town but it definitely is. This fantastic guidebook talks about the events, bookstores, authors and locations of literary Los Angeles. The author includes many interviews with Los Angeles based authors and there are several fabulous book lists that are perfect for those who want more.

Yes, I'm biased. I edited the book. But I can step back and say that it's such a vibrant, fun, engaging celebration of LA's book culture (oh yes, it has one), and it was an honor to work on it.
