I loved this story. I thought it was amazing. I couldn't put it down.
Gracie has applied to work at the Blackburn Ranch to be one of their cow pokes. It turns out that there is only two permanent positions. She is now in a competition for one of the spots. Nobel also works at the ranch. They don't get off on the right foot. They do have a chemistry for each other. Will they be able to learn to work together?

Not a Dalton boy this time, but one of the (few) girls.
This is Grace's story, and what a story it is.
Disappointed at not being asked to work on the Dalton ranch, now that she has her business degree, Grace takes off to spend the summer working as a cowpoke on the Blackburn ranch.
Four people have been taken on, but there are only two full time positions. Noble is her biggest rival, he is also the man that turns her head and makes her feel the chemistry between them.
And thus the scene is set for a thoroughly entertaining story of ranch life. There is rivalry, there is passion, Grace tries to tell herself she's not interested in a relationship.....until the powers that be tell her she can have a job as long as she gives Noble up.
The powers that be have misjudged, badly, as Em Petrova's heroines are feisty, and they don't suffer fools gladly!
There is also danger in the mix when a fire threatens the ranch....a fire that has at least one unexpected outcome.
With her usual thread of subtle humour running through the story Em has written a heartwarming story with an edge.

If I ever had any doubt (which of course I didn’t) about how much I love this series, Cowgirl Dreamer would have squashed those thoughts in an instant! One again Em Petrova has penned an intense, passionate and absolutely absorbing story of life on the land and the hard-work and dedication that goes hand in hand with earning a living.
But Cowgirl Dreamer is so much more; this story highlights the support of family, the mixed emotions while finding one’s way, and the unexpected grip on your heart that comes from the undeniable chemistry, and soul-deep longing you share with that one special person.
Cowgirl Dreamer is the whole package, with an engaging and believable plot, strong, determined and genuine characters, and a love story that warms the heart and leaves the reader feeling all is right with the world. Thank you Ms Petrova for the honour of reading this ARC and silly smile it left on my face.

Gracie Dalton doesn't take any guff off of anyone. She's the type of woman who thinks that she is just as good as any man doing ranch work. She graduated from community college with a degree in business management, thinking she'd get to work on the family ranch. When a job for a permanent cow poke job opens up on another ranch, she applies for it.
Noble Watkins is an all-around cow poke also trying to get the job. He's got more rodeo buckles than most guys. Noble doesn't plan on losing to Gracie, even though she is a sexy, sharp-tongued woman.

Gracie & Noble are so alike they just can't get along. But once they do, the sparks fly and it doesn't go unnoticed. Em Petrova's "Dalton" series is one of the best. She knows how to make you fall in love with characters and not want the book to end. With the Dalton family family as huge as it is with relatives in another state, this series could go on for awhile which I hope it does!

"Cowgirl Dreamer" (Dalton Boys Book 10) by Em Petrova is a terrific read. I loved Gracie and Noble's story. This is a wonderful addition to the series, packed with hot cowboys, romance, passion, humor, close family, ranch life, entertaining characters, and more. I can't wait to see what happens next in this series. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, cowboys, family, and series.

Wonderfully fantastic... The book was amazing... It had a lot of details and juicy scenes to it... The characters and their personalities match them perfectly... The plot and the storyline was very descriptive and amazing...

The Dalton's are back, but this time it's Gracie's story to tell. Strong and independent, she's finding her own way as an adult. What she doesn't expect is to fall in love with her job competition!

Noble Watkins’ looking forward being a third-generation cowhand on the Blackburn and gleefully tells the competition only two of them will be hired as they choose bunks. Gracie plans to double her efforts on the job and in rebuffing Noble’s attentive manners. But she’s upset to overhear the Blackburn’s don’t want to hire a woman (even the family daughter) and of all people to comfort and encourage her… it’s Noble.

This is a great one. We finally get a female Dalton! Gracie is a cousin and recently graduated with a degree in business management but she hates being chained to a desk. When four positions are offered at the Blackburn Ranch for cowpokes she is stoked and determined to win a position. Noble Watkins applies for the job too and hopes to be the third generation of his family working at the ranch. When they learn only two will be hired on after the summer the fight is on to prove themselves. Gracie and Noble clash at every turn. She is is a b to him most of the time lol, and he eggs it on. These two are explosive and this is steamy and emotional.

I love reading about those sexy Dalton boys, now there’s strong sexy Dalton women bringing new equally sexy alpha males.
Gracies story was a bit of a step away from the Dalton ranch and had a bit of a different feel, but the love and respect between her and Noble was equal to any other Dalton relationship.

I loved this book so much. These two were so suited to each. The characters were so rich they jumped off the pages. The whole series of the Dalton clan is freaking awesome! The stories are fantastic! You will not be disappointed.

Although the setting throughout the majority of the book takes place at the Blackburn instead of the Dalton Ranch, any book featuring a Dalton feels like coming home. This is Gracie's story. Newly finished in college, she is ready to take her family's ranch in Paradise Valley by storm, proving her worth as she tweeks the family business to become more efficient, thus putting more money in her family members' pockets. When no offer is received to join the business, Gracie is at a loss regarding what to do with her life. The Blackburn Ranch has openings for 4 cowpokes. Going to work for one of the biggest ranches in the state is sure to sharpen her skills and make Gracie more desirable in her family's eyes, right? Now she just has to prove her worth in a man's world and get hired for the job. Standing in her way is extremely competent and sexy Noble Watkins. When competitiveness between the two turns to admiration and flirting, Gracie receives an ultimatum that will leave her questioning her future once again. Will love prevail or will Gracie allow the ultimatum to dictate her life?
Em Petrova's series about the Dalton family is heartwarming and always wildly entertaining. Cowgirl Dreamer does not disappoint. Cowgirl Dreamer is the tenth book in the Dalton Boys series, but reads really well as a stand alone. Gracie has always wanted to be a part of the Dalton Ranch, but her future uncertain, she finds a position at Blackburn Ranch, she decides to show her worth. Noble has a family legacy of working at Blackburn, and when a chance arises, he runs for it. Both are super competitive, both try to best the other, but when all of their angst comes across as passion, could there be a way for both of them to win?
Ohhh, this book was really good and I loved that there was some of the Dalton flare to it, but was perfect for any new reader to the series! Gracie and Noble were so competitive, almost to the point of enemies. There was a lot of pride, a bit of anger, and even some entitlement from both parties. Gracie wants to prove herself, wants to expand her experience, and I loved that while she was goal driven, she was willing to go with where life took her. Noble is kind of quiet and reserved, but has a lot of heart and pride in his work. They were so similar, they often clashed, but when their passion took off, phew, watch out! This romance was kind of fun, with them challenging each other so much, and I loved that they also fought for each other. There is a bit of drama in this book, too, and I liked how the ending all played out. I really enjoyed this book and love Ms. Petrova’s writing!

I have to start out by saying how refreshing it was to have one of the Dalton girls be the lead in this story! I adored it! Not saying I'm tired of the guys because I'm not... but it was certainly a nice change. 😍
Gracie has finally graduated from college with her business degree and the realization that her family's ranch isn't quite ready for her to take over the books as she had hoped. Now she needs to find something to do with her time until they are but she wants to spread her wings a bit and try another ranch on for size. Hearing that the Blackburn Ranch is hiring, she heads off to apply for a cowpoke position. Noble has been working at smaller ranches but when he hears of the permanent position opening up on the Blackthorn Ranch, he also heads there to apply. It's been a family tradition that he intends on maintaining by working on that ranch... but he wasn't counting on Gracie. They get off on the wrong foot at first but eventually, they work it out between them and then life happens. 💗🔥💕

The one thing I couldn't figure out about Gracie and the Dalton Ranch, I ended up with having to make an assumption.
Gracie had her degree. She was strong, intelligent, and independent. I understood she felt the need to prove something to both herself and her family.
Noble was in somewhat of the same situation. Both were top notch cow hands and the icing on the cake was they both really wanted the job on the Blackburn Ranch.
It took a while for them to give into that sexual tension that was building. While it was building, I think Gracie beat Nobel on the scale of most irritating person.
I thought the decision Gracie made when she was given the ultimatum was great. Noble was on the same page for a different reason.
They had great chemistry. Their scenes were believably sexy and sweet. The interactions with the Dalton clan, although minimal in this book, were enjoyable. I also enjoyed all of the detail about ranching.
Noble and Gracie, of course, ended up with their HEA. I still never understood, if Gracie really wanted the job on the Dalton ranch, why didn't she ask for it?

Gracie Dalton and Noble Watkins are a mix of oil and water. They are both trying to get a job on the Blackburn family ranch where only two people will be chosen among the group applying to work there. The Blackburn ranch is the elite of the elite in ranching. Constantly bickering with each other and never agreeing on anything they realize they have an animal attraction to each other. Two, sexy, strong characters who now cannot keep their hands off each other. There are hot, sexy cowboys and girls to die for. This entire series of books about the Daltons is sizzling and emotionally intense. There is drama, suspense, and lots of romance and sex with this book and it is a great addition to the series. Truly a must read! I highly recommend it and the entire series. Hope you enjoy - I know I did! Definitely a keeper to read again. "Gracie Darlin'" I can hear this so plainly, so Southern, coming from Noble. Makes my heart melt and Gracie's too, I believe.
These two, so well matched in their love of outdoors and all things ranching, started out in competition with each other, finally realizing it was foreplay for them. The heat was there right from the beginning and didn't die out one little bit.
It also shows the aspects of ranching and it's not easy or slow paced, but still rewarding when the day is done. Respect is earned, animals are priority and everyone works together to achieve the success for the ranch.
I didn't feel I really got to know Noble or Gracie deep down. Their story has a lot more to it and what they're both doing now is temporary. I hope to hear more about them as more Daltons come in to play.

This is about Gracie Dalton, a recent graduate at the tops of her class with a business management degree and Nobel Watkins, a 4th generation Cowpoke working together and competing for 2 positions on The Blackburn Ranch. She is the only female, along with 3 men vying for the jobs. This has a well written storyline and wonderful characters. I loved Gracie’s attitude, she’s sassy, feisty and tough. She is bound and determined to prove she is as good, of not better, than any man trying to get one of the two positions available . Her fiercest competitor is Noble and he plans to secure the job too. He is just as strong, talented and determined as Gracie. They are constantly bickering and betting between the two of them. The attraction and sexual tension between them gets stronger and undeniable. I love Ms Petrova’s writing, she never disappoints. I highly recommend this book.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
I just LOVE all of the Dalton gang. This story of Gracie Dalton is no different. She goes to work on the Blackburn Ranch as there is currently no place for her at the Dalton Ranch in working their finances. There she meets another cowpoke Noble Parker. There are two openings at Blackburn and 4 competing for it. Will both Noble and Gracie win the two openings while falling in love? Well it is a question that will keep the reader guessing throughout. As Gracie tries to fend off Noble's cowboy advances, she gives a great run at the job.
I adored the dual POV format. Getting into the minds of these two characters really helped to humanize them and make it easy to fall in love with them. They work hard and play harder. Nothing can come between them or can it?
I highly recommend this book to anyone over the age of 18. It was also nice to see appearance of other Dalton men here in this book.
I just LOVE all of the Dalton gang. This story of Gracie Dalton is no different. She goes to work on the Blackburn Ranch as there is currently no place for her at the Dalton Ranch in working their finances. There she meets another cowpoke Noble Parker. There are two openings at Blackburn and 4 competing for it. Will both Noble and Gracie win the two openings while falling in love? Well it is a question that will keep the reader guessing throughout. As Gracie tries to fend off Noble's cowboy advances, she gives a great run at the job.
I adored the dual POV format. Getting into the minds of these two characters really helped to humanize them and make it easy to fall in love with them. They work hard and play harder. Nothing can come between them or can it?
I highly recommend this book to anyone over the age of 18. It was also nice to see appearance of other Dalton men here in this book.

I love Grace. She is a spitfire and has the attitude to go with it. She gets a job with the Blackburn Ranch. There are two spots to be filled and she is determined to get one of the spots. Of course she is up against men. Noble wants a job on the ranch also. His family has been working for the ranch for years and now there is an opening. He can't believe his eyes when he sees a woman on the crew. He is attracted to the feisty spitfire right away. Ranching is hard and demanding work and is rewarding to. Grace comes from a family of ranchers and has no problem keeping up with the guys. She is attracted to Noble and fights it because she is afraid it will keep her from the job she wants. Who will get the job? Must read to find out.

I was never a reader of cowboy books until I read Em Petrova's book s after getting addicted to her novels through her Knights ops series but now I am a firm convert to her cowboy series as well and this is the latest Dalton story
Gracie is a Dalton and has such has spent most of her life on a horse she has recently finished her education and is in the final four to become the latest hand at the Blackburn Ranch. Her main competitor for on of the final two position is Noble Parker he is from a long line of Blackburn ranch hands and he has no intention of been beaten for a position bu no woman They are both great hands and the story really gives insight into the day to day life on a ranch. But the thing they are both fighting is the chemistry between them Who will win the coveted position and will they give into their lust and form a relationship that will be theirs for life.

📒 This is hot, romantic and entertaining. Gracie just graduated from college with a business degree, hopeful that she would be offered a management job on the Dalton ranch. When that doesn't happen she takes a job at a neighboring ranch, figuring that she'd at least gain some experience about a ranch is run. Noble took a job at the ranch because both his father and his grandfather worked there as they became men. Gracie and Noble are at each other's throats and competing with each other from day one. He realizes that he can't fight his attraction, and he's determined to win her, even though she tells him it's a bad idea. She eventually gives in, but has doubts about them being able to keep their jobs if they become a couple. It's a sweet and fun story.

Graciela wants to prove herself, to her family and to herself. Taking a job at another ranch she is in competition with 3 men for 2 cowpoke positions, but the odds might be against her from the start. Noble is living the dream by working on the ranch his father and grandfather before him worked, and this little miss isnt going to stand in his way, until the sparks that fly ignite. Not really an enemies to lovers story but two stubborn, hard working people who find more in common than just ranch work. The story was fun, the competition that Gracie seemed to feel more than any other really makes it enticing and those sparks do fly and downright burn. Great story to add to the Daltons.

Gracie was a woman that for the most part I really admired. She is extremely hard working, great with numbers, and had a good head on her shoulder. She is stubborn at times but I think it served her well. I will say there were times I thought she might be going a little overboard trying to prove she was just a good as a man but hey what do I know.
Noble is an amazing man. He is someone who wants what his dad and grandpa had, he wants to follow in their footsteps and doesn't want anything to get in his way. Then he meets the spitfire Gracie and everything changes.
These two fight like cats and dogs but it didn't take long for us a reader that it was lust plain and simple.
The banter was spot on, the competitiveness was fun to read and the sexy times were hot!!

A fun sexy read. Well written with strong characters, and a visually rewarding storyline. Gracie is a Dalton, but doesn't automatically get to work on the family Ranch, despite it being her dream to put her business degree to use to help make it more profitable. Noble's first love is Ranch work, although he's currently working with for his dad's haulage firm. When another famous Ranch advertises for several cowpokes, Gracie and Noble both apply and get one of the jobs, along with two other men. However, they find out that the four of them will be competing over the summer for only two permanent jobs.
Competition pits them against each other, attraction pulls them together.
