Prayer is powerful and necessary. And yet many of us (myself included) do not pray enough. Our children are some of the most important people in our lives, and we have the responsibility and blessing of raising them. Pray must be an integral part of that. This book helps you pray specifically for you children, covering the obvious topics but reminding us of other important areas to pray for that are easy to overlook or miss. In my life group, we went through "The Power of a Praying Parent" in the spring, 2015. I bought and used this study guide as an additional resource. I thoroughly enjoyed the study guide, and I thought that it added a lot to the book. I would highly recommend using it in conjunction with the book.

The Power of a Praying Parent and Prayer and Study Guide is a source of encouragement for all mothers. It is just a ray of hope in overwhelming times. I liked it a lot and there are many good prayers to cover your children.
