This ended on such a cliff-hanger that I exclaimed out loud!!

I'm really enjoying this series, although unfortunately, because it's my Kindle book which means I read it as a "filler" (when I can't read my primary book), at times I felt like I'd missed some information or connection. I remember feeling this way with some of the other books too - and when I actually queried one thing, the author said she had actually referred to a scenario that hadn't been in any of the books (yet).
