This book looks at season one of the 24 television show and how certain moments point out faith in Jesus.

This was not at all what I expected. I picked this up at a book swap at my workplace, thinking it was a 24-related novel, not a spiritual guide. That being said, it was a quick read and something my soul needed at the time. Granted, I felt Wesemann tried a little too hard to be funny at times, but I imagine it's the sort of humor that works better as a vocal sermon versus the written word, and I felt some of his connections were a bit far-fetched, but it wasn't too overly sappy or harsh, and the overall message was clear and hopeful. Maybe not what I'd suggest for a 24 fan, but for a Christian wanting a easygoing Bible study, I'd recommend it.

I got this book as a joke and it was. The t.v. show is still one of my favorites though.
