Imagination takes flight in Flights from the Rock with stories that run the gamut from historically accurate fiction to fantastical tall-tales of wonder that include space flight, dragons, fairies and even shapeshifters!

It has been unbelievably difficult to pick a favorite amongst such a diverse compilation and truthfully, I enjoyed each and every story that I read. First Flight by Peter Gillet had a delightful shock ending; Flight 520 to London by Teresita Dziadura had me on the edge of my seat; Stowaway’s Luck by Peter J Foote was just so incredibly imaginative; Borrowed Wings by Jennifer Shelby was such a charming little tale; and last, but certainly not least, You Know When You Fly by Carolyn R Parsons touched my heart and brought a tear to my eye.

An enthralling collection of short stories that is sure to delight even the most discerning reader.

This is a good collection of stories from a range of writers with the theme of "flight". As with any collection some stories are better than others.
