The scene is set for the perfect summer. Business is booming. The weather couldn’t be better. Best of all, Sam is coming back to Cornwall. For good.

A storm is brewing, however. It seems that somebody, somewhere, has it in for Alice, although it is not clear who, or why.

As Julie tries to help her friend, she finds her own thoughts turning progressively towards motherhood. Sam, meanwhile, has the pressure of a new job, as well as a stressed-out girlfriend and a teenage daughter to contend with.

Fearing for her business, her relationship, and her sanity, can Alice get to the root of the problem before any permanent damage is done?

This has been a really good series to read and to imagine you are living in Cornwall and living their lives, it has ended with the doors wide open for more, lets hope so 🤞

I loved reading this book I got the wonderful opportunity to read a drafted copy before it came out. I found the storyline very  beliveable as anyone starting in a business would be feeling down if there newly bound business was getting bad reviews, I loved the ending where if finishes of with the current storyline but also builds up for the next book. the characters in this book where all great I liked where we could finish of with the ex storyline now she knows who was behind the reviews but also his friend could get the help he needs unlike where her ex didn't. this book defo fits in with the other books I couldn't put it down loved it. hope we see more books at some point but you defiantly did a good with this one well done x

I loved this book. My only problem was that I would have loved to read about the period where Alice and Julie were setting up their new business and this large chunk was skipped over. I felt I'd missed something and even checked I'd not missed a book. I feel this must have been a fun and interesting time. However, the book was great. Love the characters, the situations and, of course the beautiful setting. Just downloading book 5. Please hurry with book 6!!! Reading fast in lockdown.

I'm not sure if I even like these books yet I still can't stop reading them and I'm even thinking about getting the fifth one. Read in a day as it's that easy to read but I think I want the characters to be a bit more meaty. I'm not sure if people like this actually exist

Wow just loved this Alice and Julie in Amethi doing what they love. Then along comes a baddie to upset the Apple cart. All gets back on track till the end and we are left hoping book number 5 is going to come soon. And our own surmises which could be a red herring.

A must read. Reading these books is like watching a family with it's ups and downs (more ups though) set in the beautiful county of Cornwall. Again a must read. Thank you Katherine for an enjoyable reading of the series.

Another great little read. Thoroughly enjoying the series. Only 1 more to go but I’m not sure it’s even been written yet!
