A helpful perspective

Having fully embraced Lockdown Part 1, Dry January seemed like a good way to start the new, more hopeful, 2021. This is a short read, perhaps more suited to people who have already given up, but does have some interesting suggestions to help reframe the choice to drink and reasons (or not) to do so.

This is an amazing self-help book. Simon writes honestly and openly and it is very relatable. I run a sober support group and this is definitely my top recommendation. Brilliant Simon, thank you for writing this.
