Okay.

Okay read. Usual advice. Small habits equal long term change. Eat 90% healthy. Find a workout/diet that works for you. Hire a trainer.

The book doesn't add anything new to what's been said before by more serious health agents. The book felt more dedicated to author's self-promotion as a coach. I found that the author just states his opinions, which aren't supported by any evidence, not even real-life experience as a trainer. The book comes across as preachy (just like many coaches I've come across), shouty (regular use of capital letters and bold red highlights) and he doesn't seem to take into consideration that women might read it too - he gives an example of a workout routine only for men in their 30s. A good idea could be for the author to hire a professional writer to help improve the book into a more serious body of work that is supported by scientific evidence and real-life experience working as a trainer. The book was a free promotion on Amazon and I'm glad I didn't pay anything as all of this information can be found for free online.

Great Advice and Tips for Everyone

Very succinct, to the point, well written and contains many useful facts. Although marketed to beginners there are some great that I hadn’t thought about until I read the book, such as the advantages of blue light reducing glasses. Definitely worth the money.
