This is the sequel to “The Intergalactic Adventures of the Rainy River Bees” by Chris Kreuter. Once again, the primary characters are the Rainy River Bees, a team of young (~13 to 14 years old) hockey players. A couple of years ago this team had won an intergalactic hockey tournament, and at the same time prevented the alien Bythrin from conquering the known universe.
